Very charming small beachfront town house with great sea view in a securely gated BEACH FRONT resort with a large communal pool and direct access to the beach. Subtropical communal gardens. Walking distance to all amenities and the centre. The house has a nice terrace with a dining table, a BBQ and a private garden with sun chairs. The kitchen is well equipped. There is one double bedroom with built-in wardrobes. The 2nd bedroom is an open mezzanine with a matrass to sleep 1. The living-room is nicely decorated with a comfortable sofa, television and a dining table. The resort has a gated car park with a straw roof. The large supermarket Carrefour, several beach bars, a fresh bakery, a pharmacy, a hairdresser are all within short walking distance. Estepona old town is a 15 min walk. Popular places like Puro Beach club, Puerto Banus, Los Flamingos Golf Club, Marbella are all within a 5 - 15 min drive. Bedlinen, towels, WIFI and maid service are included in the rent. In the same urbanisation you can rent 2 other houses, one with 3 bedrooms ( and the other one with 2 bedrooms ( The houses can be rented together, great for larger families or groups because you can accomodate 15 people. Lovely house in Estapona

We had a fabulous holiday staying in this lovely little house, decorated in a traditional spainish style, very comfortable and spotlessly clean with everything that you need. Incredible location! Loved watching the sunsets and eating on the patio. Also being able to walk into Estapona was a joy. The grounds were stunning and we enjoyed a dip in the pool. Lorraine was helpful and lovely and it was a comfort knowing she was there if needed. Highly recommended.

Fantastic Spot

The apartment has everything you need, pool lovely and very peaceful. About 20 mins walk from Estepona. Must try San Antonio Bistro excellent and served by lovely people/owners. Lorraine who met us was lovely and very helpful.. Could do with a little updating.

Everything you could wish for, beautiful views from the patio and extremely comfortable. Everything that you would need was provided, and very clean. The complex was so pretty, and Lorraine was helpful and extremely kind. Would definitely go back, hopefully next year.

Schönes Ferienhäuschen am Meer

Unser Aufenthalt in der Urbanizacion Villas Andaluzas war sehr schön. Leider war unser gemietetes Domizil durch einen Buchungsfehler bereits anderweitig vergeben aber unsere Hausverwalterin vor Ort (Lorraine Turner) hat uns in einem etwas kleineres aber sehr gemütlichen und direkt am Meer gelegene Häuschen untergebracht. Das Verweilen auf der Terrasse mit dem Meeresrauschen war sehr erholsam. Der schöne Pool für die ganze Anlage ist sehr sauber und überhaupt ist die ganze Anlage sehr gut gepflegt.

Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt und der warme Empfang von der Hausverwalterin bei unserer Ankunft ist sehr lobenswert.

Wir erlebten sehr schöne und erholsame Urlaubstage in Estepona.

Merveilleux séjour dans cette maison sur la plage

Nous avons passé de merveilleuses vacances dans cette petite maison située littéralement sur la plage.

La maison est parfaite pour les vacances. Elle est très propre et présente tous les équipements nécessaires - dans le jardin il y a même un barbecue et des transats. La maison est dans un petit lotissement clos avec une belle piscine et un très joli jardin. Le tout est très agréable.

La maison est très bien située sur la côte Andalouse. A mon avis, Estepona est le plus joli village de la côte entre Malaga et Gibraltar. Le centre historique est plein de petits restaurants de tapas et de bars accueillants avec terrasse à l'hombre. C'est également idéalement situé pour visiter Ronda et les villages blancs.

L'accueil a été parfait et je recommande sans aucune arrière pensée.

Zauberhaftes Häuschen, direkt am Meer - einfach traumhaft. Alles da, was man so braucht, bei Fragen kann man sich jederzeit an die sehr nette Verwalterin Lorraine wenden. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder :-)

Estepona itself is a pretty, traditional Spanish town with a lovely old centre, long wide beaches and a beautiful 4 km long sea-front promenade that takes you to the other end of Estepona where you will find the Marina. Enjoy the relaxing ambiance of traditional Spanish tapas bars in the lovely cobbled squares in the old centre or the wonderful fresh fish restaurants in the Marina, overlooking the yachts.

For those looking for the a more glamorous and jet set ambiance there is Puerto Banus (10 min) or Marbella (15 min): the ultra-fashionable shops, jet-set lifestyle, and famous people synonymous with Marbella; the amazing marina, fabulous luxury yachts, and equally high-class bars & night-clubs of Puerto Banus.

For the golfing enthusiast there are over 30 top golf courses within easy driving distance, including those very nearby of Los Flamingos and El Paraiso.
