The apartment is located in the 5th floor of Cielomar Building (Benalmadena, Costa)

When entering the property, you access a 300 m terrace called 'El Barco' that surrounds the house. This terrace offers one of the best views of the entire Costa del Sol. Once you enter, you can enjoy the 180 m available for you inside the house, which is includes a charming fitted kitchen (washer, dryer, refrigerator, microwave, an oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, mixer, toaster, etc.) In the living room, you can enjoy 70 m of incomparable comfort in its designer sofa, dining room, and 46' flat screen TV. You will have an array of opportunities to enjoy in the living room while you look at the ocean through the immense windows that surround the room.

In the other part of the house, you can find the sleeping area. Each of the first two bedrooms are equipped with a flat screen TV, closets, 2 single beds and an exit to the terrace. The first bathroom has a bathtub, a bidet, a toilet, and a washbasin unit. The third bedroom or master bedroom has 30 s.q.m., a flat screen TV, a dressing room and direct access to an en suite bathroom and to the terrace that surrounds the house. This bathroom is a treat for any guest. Here you can delight in the fantastic views while relaxing with a shower. The bathrooms include all amenities.

The apartment is located inside a residential complex with a pool, private parking, and a door keeper. The complex is located approx 250 m away from the beach, close to Puerto Marina, and to golf courses and shopping facilities. The owners have furnished the apartment thinking about their guests comfort and delight. They have included premium quality furniture and bed and bath linen that will be changed every week (included in the price) as well as the apartment cleaning When you arrive, a Welcome Pack (drinks, bread, gourmet oil, etc.) will be waiting for you.

Better than pictured

Better than pictured. Dishwasher was nice. Air conditioning in every room great. Access to beach is a little walk down the street. Beds were good. Spacious interior and balcony. Felt like we should have hosted the neighborhood for a party on the balcony (we didn't). But we took advantage of the moonlight, sunrises and the ocean breezes from the balcony. Jose was very nice and we had good contact with him.

Fantastic week!

This is our second visit to this great apartment which says it all!

It has all the amenities that you need. The location is ideal and set in a quiet location. There are also a few bars and fabulous tapas restaurant on your doorstep. We had a lovely relaxing holiday and would have no hesitation in returning again.

Very nice great location ,close to everything cannot fault it very well equipped massive sun terrace pool is very close as well 2 floors down , supermarket on the main road will allow you to take the trolley with you if you leave some ID

Good size apartment in a great location.

We stayed at Antonio's apartment for a week at the end of June early July and really enjoyed our stay. The booking process was simple and Antonio was excellent with communication regarding the booking process and any queries we had leading up to our arrival. On arrival we were met by Jose who the maintenance engineer for the apartment block and he showed us to the apartment and showed us around and explained everything about it. We were a party of four, myself, my wife and my two grown up children. The apartment its self is quite large as you would expect for a three bedroom apartment and the kitchen is well equipped with oven hob washing machine and dryer. There is an ironing board with iron and a hair dryer. The lounge it's self is a lounge diner and the seating is comfortable, the only thing I will say about the Tv is that the only English speaking channel I could find was a news channel, so if watching Tv is a big thing for you bear this in mind, it wasn't for us although my son may disagree a little.

The apartment is equipped with wifi which these days is a main requirement for most, as it was for us. The one thing that we did find that was lacking was the lack of mirrors when we preparing to go out for the evening, so we had to buy a couple for the girls to apply their makeup etc.

The beds in this apartment were fairly comfortable but my daughter said both beds in her room creaked, my son said nothing about his so I assume his were ok.

The bathroom in the main bedroom is a shower only with toilet and bidet, the bath is in the main bathroom off the hallway. The one thing that is striking about this apartment is the huge terrace, which gets the sun all day, the only thing is it only has two sun lounger and for a party of four or more it is inconvenient, as this apartment is mainly for larger parties it may prove inconvenient for others, our solution was to buy two lilo's and use them.

The apartment has the use of a communal pool which is three floors below the apartment and is of a good size and has quite a few loungers so you can sunbathe there, as we did, in the morning and on the terrace in the afternoon, but if you want the use of loungers all day this might be your best bet.

The location of the apartment is excellent as it is close to the marina and a myriad of bars and restaurants, so you will not find it to hard to find somewhere to eat and drink.

All in all this is one of the best apartments we stayed in in Benalmadena.

Amazing apartment

We arrived slightly earlier than planned, Jose met us in the reception and let us leave our bags in the apartment. We then went downstairs for lunch until the cleaners were finished, roughly one hour. The apartment is so spacious. In our group there were 4 adults, 2 children and one baby and we never felt cramped or on top of each other. The balcony is so spacious, could do with a few more comfortable sun loungers and the umbrella didn't seem to work but other than that the overall impression was great. Would definitely recommend this apartment. You are about 10 minutes from the beach, great going downhill but uphill does take it out of you especially if pushing a buggy but it wouldnt put me off booking again :)

Fantastic

Just home from a weeks holiday

There were 4 adults and 3 kids including a 7 month old baby

Cannot recommend this apartment enough

The space is fabulous and everything catered for.

The pool is out of this world

And Antonio and Jose were a pleasure to deal with
