Large 33m2 studio in sea front (3rd floor with elevator) fully renovated in July 2015 including:

- A large living room with open fully equipped kitchen (ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge ...). sofa bed (real mattress / mattress 14cm)

- A closed room cabin including a bunk bed and a closet full reserved for tenants

- A large bathroom with shower, toilet, towel dryer, washing machine

- Sea view balcony

- Private cellar

- Local bike to class

Direct access to the beach from the front of pedestrian dike (no roads), direct access to the city center from the rear. Convenient !

Très bel appartement avec une vue imprenable sur la mer.

Tout confort, très proche du centre ville et on ne peut pas faire plus près de la plage.

le local en bas est très appréciable pour laisser les jouets de sable ou trotinettes.
