Renovated 2015: beautiful furnished living room-kitchen, 2 bedrooms, bathroom, toilet

Enjoy this bright apartment close to the sea that we have fully equipped in 2015 (it is also our second home).

Proximity: beach (350m) for a swim on the day and walking at night; + + supermarket bakery pharmacy (150m) to go shopping without a car; medical home (250m) in case of concern; bus (direct to the train station). Residential area (Fontenelles-Lévy) to sleep peacefully.

Two bedrooms (Northeast and Southeast) with large sliding cupboards to store everything, living room (high quality sofa bed) Southeast / Southwest with 1mx3m balcony, done very well equipped kitchen, bathroom functional toilet.

1st floor of a large house divided into three apartments, it allows sleeps 6 (+ cot for baby): 1 double bed (160x200), 2 twin reachable (80x190) and a sofa with Pirelli latex mattress (160x190) . anti-allergy bedding and anti-mite (mattresses, pillows, blankets). WIRELESS. Living room with TV (digital package).

Our kitchen is fully equipped (electric oven, gas hob, microwave, large fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, vacuum coffee maker, toaster, kettle).

A 4 minutes walk from the beach Minihic (always with dry sand at high tide) and 3 km from the intramural city of Saint Malo and the railway station (accessible by bus: Line 4 Chateau Malo / Rotheneuf stop "Fontenelles" 100 meters from the apartment).

Pets: consult us (risk of allergies)

Non-Smoking allowed (but think of the balcony)

Reduction of € 70 on each consecutive full week after the first.

Rates are exclusive

- Water and energy consumption: flat rate € 1.00 per person per day

- Taxes requested by the city of St Malo: 1 € per adult per day

- Optional extras requested: cleaning at end of stay (40 €), bed linen (13 € per set of sheets and pillow), towels (€ 3 per towel or bath)

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cet appartement fonctionnel, très bien aménagé, très propre et surtout de la vaisselle de bonne qualité et neuve(rare dans les locations). Très bon accueil de Yannick en l'absence de Mme Le Nahour propriétaire qui est malgré son absence très à l'écoute. Je vous recommande vivement cette location pour visiter Saint Malo qui est une très belle ville ainsi que ses alentours. A bientôt lors d'un prochain séjour à St Malo
