This villa is very practical, spacious, and has many high quality features, including the solid walls that are more than two feet thick and give the perfect isolation against the high temperatures in the summer months, washed in white colours they retain the dappled texture of natural stone.

The interiors display a rustic splendor with high ceilings and juniper trunk beams.

Pure bright oak furnishings contrast perfectly with the antique surroundings and typically dense, deep-set windows and doors.

This ibiza villa has 3 large double suites with en-suite bathrooms:

• the master bedroom has an independent entrance and is situated in front of the pool.

The outside:

A kidney shaped 9x5m swimming pool with fountain and waterfall is surrounded by various areas for sunbathing: a decorative stone sun terrace and a wonderfully manicured lawn with mature palms and flowering plants.

Beside the swimming pool sits a covered barbecue area for lunches or dining 'al-fresco', so that you can stay out late into the warm evenings dining and entertaining in the most natural of surroundings.
