This Ibiza villa is very practical, spacious, and has many high quality features, including solid walls that are more than two feet thick and give the perfect isolation against the high temperatures in the summer months, plus one new movable airco for those that like to sleep in very cold temperatures.

The villa has a lovely designed lounge & dining room with comfortable seating for 8, which gives access to a covered terrace and the gardens. In keeping with the rest of the house the lounge has rustic features including an cosy open fireplace and high juniper beamed ceiling.

Pure bright oak furnishings contrast perfectly with the antique surroundings and typically Ibicencan dense, deep-set windows and doors.

_____WHEN MORE THAN 4 guests: the online rental rate calculation by the bookingchannel increases automatically by 15€/night/person older than 24 months above 4 guests.
