The property is very clean and very comfortable. The kitchen has plenty of pots, pans, plates, glasses etc. good fridge and dish washer. Good outside area with BBQ and table for eating outside. The community pool is excellent. We have done a few of this type of stay and this property was the best. Tim could not be more helpful or a better host.

Clean, well equipped, spacious and beautifully decorated!

Me and my friends stayed for a week recently and the whole experience was brilliant.

The house itself is maintained to an exceptionally high standard. The owner is fantastically helpful. We had to contact him on several occasions and our problem were dealt with super quickly, within minutes!

The location is brilliant. We hired a car, but the bus routes and cheap taxis means that you're not too fan from the busy places, but far enough out for it to be quiet.

I really want to find a negative, because let's be honest, no where is ever perfect. So here it is.... the pillows were a little too firm for my personal liking. I honestly can't think of anything else....

I'll definitely be looking to book here again!

Relaxing holiday in first class accommodation

We really enjoyed our holiday in this extremely clean and tastefully decorated house. Everything is to a high standard- including the beds. Air conditioning available downstairs and in the bedrooms- making it comfortable on hotter days. We loved sitting in the garden, as it's a complete suntrap from lunch to evening.

The pool area is fabulous. Again, very clean, with plenty of sun beds and parasols. In fact, on one of the days we were the only ones there. Complete relaxation.

It's in a safe and quiet residential area. A large supermarket is about 10-15 min walk away. The beach is about a 20 mins walk - where there are a number of restaurants over looking the sea. Bike hire is available here and was very reasonable (6 Euro for half day). A further 20 min walk along the seafront brings you to the main area of Meloneras. Here, you find high class shopping and eateries. It's a beautiful resort. We got a taxi to Playa de Ingles for the evening- but returned after an hour- as Meloneras is 100 times better.

If you aren't keen on walking- the taxis are excellent. Cheap and plenty of them. Only 4 euro to get to town. (Ring from the house and they turn up within minutes).

We had a great time and would highly recommend this property.

Special beautiful house

Having previously stayed at the owners' other property in Tauro I must say that this property is furnished and equiped to an equally very high standard.

The location is ideal for exploring the local area with Meloneras and beach being 15 minutes walk away. There is a supermarket 5 minutes walk away. If you want to go further afield taxis are quick and reasonable.

Tim and Alberto are very friendly and could not be more helpful.

I have already booked for next year and am now willing the next 49 weeks away.

Amazing!!!

The location was in a quiet place,away from any noise.The house was clean.Furthermore,the kitchen was well equipped with everything you can possibly think of.Tim and Alberto were very helpful.I would definitely recommend this property to friends and relatives as it was superb.

Outstanding Villa - Superb Throughout

Every year, I stay in 1 or 2 villas in different locations and I have to say that this is one of the very best I have ever stayed in (and I include the ones in Florida). It is spacious, has beautiful décor and is extremely comfortable. All the rooms are bright and airy with a stunning kitchen packed full of high quality appliances whilst the bathrooms are stunning. The shutters on the windows allow you the choice of air conditioning or fresh air cooling (which I prefer). It has private outdoor space at the back for barbecues and eating.

The urbanisation is really relaxed with great security and the most fantastic pool. It is enormous and you can easily swim lengths - this is kept for residents of the urbanisation only and was quiet when I was there. There are plenty of sunbeds and parasols free of charge and it has the sun throughout the day.

Tim, Alberto and Rafa are lovely people, who are professional but very friendly, setting really high standards in the main requirements of providing a quality villa and some lovely small touches which shows they go the extra mile. I know we all appreciated the extra touches.

Overall, a wonderful villa run by great people in a superb location with fantastic facilities - clearly 5 Star Accommodation and Service.
