The rental price is all inclusive, including fresh flowers, French wine and croissants upon arrival, maid service once if you are staying more than ten days, a computer with broadband Internet, all electricity and heating costs, bed linen, bathrobes, towels, liquid soap and staples in the kitchen (salt, pepper, bottled water, coffee, tea, sugar and more). WIFI is available and included in the rental of this apartment. We also provide a computer (PC) for your use, however, you are welcome to bring your own laptop and we will help you connect it.

Chic St German Apt

We delighted in our 11- day stay in this chic two-bedroom in January. The location is ideal — quiet residential neighborhood a block from Eglise St Sulpice and the St German markets. The apt has stately high ceilings, French windows, and hard wood floors. The two bedrooms are spacious and the living area comfortable and roomy enough for two couples— my husband and myself and our friends from the U.K. Pierre-Louis made us welcome with fresh bakery goods and flowers, and helpfully suggested local cafes, bars, restaurants, shops. The apt is well appointed with full size refrig/freezer, oven, stove top, dishwasher, and a washer and drier. Truly a delightful residence. We were sad to leave— and would definitely rent this apartment again. Mary L.
