The apartment is fully equipped.

The apartment has everything you need to make your stay as pleasant as possible.

It's all very new to the apartment and the bone block public areas.

It is very spacious has 100 square meters plus 20 square meters of private terrace, the also very spacious communal areas connected by elevators, which you upload directly from the garage to the apartment.

It has a communal terrace with over 200 square meters is accommodated with pool and BBQ or electric iron,

Also has bathrooms on the terrace to avoid qu down to the floor when using the pool or terrace, the terrace is always open, you will be given a key to enter as you please.

The terrace has stunning views com seen in the photos, the bay of the horseshoe to the mountains and the village.

The apartment has a very good distribution.

It has on one side along with the living room and lounge with terrace wing allowing be cooking or eating in the lounge or on the terrace and be with family kitchen,

It also has bathroom in the master bedroom allowing the couple intimacy with repect to the family to be the other bedrooms on the other side of the apartment which also has its bathroom apart from each other to have them also privacy.

The private terrace of 20 sqm with great views of the town and Horseshoe Highlands for a family meal and very good temperature on the floor being raised is a very cool floor.

They will not have to worry about anything to have all the details.

A great 4 week stay!

Had a great 4 week stay at this apartment! The apartment is lovely - the pictures don’t do it justice. It was spacious and clean with stunning views from the large balcony. In our opinion the apartment was very well equipped in the kitchen and with towels and bedding etc. There was no kettle but we coped perfectly fine without one by using a pan to boil water. It is a couple of minutes drive to a beautiful beach and there a lovely park within walking distance. The area was very beautiful and we would definitely stay here again. The four of us had a wonderful time staying in this apartment - it became a home away from home. We would definitely love to return one day and can highly recommend it. Francisco was very friendly and even though he didn’t speak much English and we don’t speak Spanish there were no communication problems at all.

Très bon séjour dans l'ensemble.

L'appartement est très bien situé. De la terrasse, la vue sur les montagnes est magnifique et nous pouvons largement en profiter puisqu'elle est à l'ombre une bonne partie de la journée. Bien que spacieux, l'appartement n'est pas assez équipé pour 6: vaisselle manquante, pas de plats à four, petite cafetière, que 4 chaises de terrasse et petite table. Par contre, le grand frigo congélateur, la machine à laver et le lave vaisselle ont été appréciables. La terrasse commune est très grande et la vue splendide. La piscine est un peu trop petite et il manque de chaises longues pour pouvoir en profiter. Nous avons aussi été gênés par les aboiements des chiens, très nombreux dans le voisinage, jour et nuit.

L'emplacement était idéal pour profiter de la région (entre Nerja et Almuñecar), et la plage accessible à pied est agréable.

Location tout à fait conforme à la description.

L'appartement est vaste et bien distribué: deux chambres totalement indépendantes avec leur salle de bains d'un côté, le séjour/cuisine et la troisième chambre avec sa salle d'eau de l'autre côté. la cuisine est bien équipée et fonctionnelle.

Le petit point négatif est peut-être l'orientation de l'appartement. Nous avons séjourné en novembre et n'avions pas beaucoup de soleil sur la terrasse. Ce qui est un inconvénient en automne doit être par contre un sérieux avantage en été.

Situé sur les hauteurs de la Herradura il est nécessaire d'avoir une voiture.

appartement à la hauteur du prix de la location avec un soucis d'insonorisation entre les étages

Appartement propre et récent , avec une literie tout à fait correcte , la cuisine bien équipée un peu limitée en vaisselle pour six , la piscine commune nécessite de changer d'étage ,( eau un peu verte fin octobre ); le studio est situé tout en haut d'un village et nécessite une voiture si enfants en bas âge pour se rendre dans les commerces ou à la mer , avec un ascenseur pour voitures afin de descendre dans le garage ( on s'y fait ). Le propriétaire n'est pas très à l'aise pour ce qui est de l'accueil et des relations ( très brêves , allant à l'essentiel ) , l'état des lieux inexistant à l'arrivée comme au départ. location sans wifi ce qui pour nos ados a permis de faire une petite pause avec internet. Petit pied à terre bien situé pour accéder à l'autoroute pour rejoindre Malaga et Grenade. Superbe région.

Owner's Response: Ten en cuenta que este apartamento es para vacaciones , es por eso que el agua estaba asi. y la atencion siempre es buena aunque depende tambien de los inquilinos que sean mas o menos amables. Absolutamente todo lo que se publica con el apartamento es cierto , incluidas las actividades , atracciones , etc.. solo hay que saber buscarlas.
