Apartment 10 minutes from downtown Troyes outlet stores, 25 minutes from the Lakes of the Forêt d'Orient. Located in Barberey Saint Sulpice, Troyes urban, house 2 minutes from the ring road. All shops and city bus while enjoying the country air! Property fully enclosed and secure with private indoor parking.

The loft is composed of:

- A living room of 26 m2 with sofa bed (ideal 2 children or one adult), flat screen TV / Wifi, kitchen with all necessary equipment (microwave, oven, hob, fridge, dishwasher ...) , wardrobe

- A bathroom of 4 m2 with 120x80cm shower, wash basin, heated towel rail, toilet

- A lovely room with exposed beams and stones, 10 m2 with double bed, dresser, nightstand and storage

The apartment is completely new, clean and harmonious

Beautiful and large garden with deck chairs and barbecue, space badminton / volleyball, pool, table tennis and games

The owner is on site for any information about the area and tips or to any additional equipment needs (washing, ironing, various devices ...).

Delightful cottage in a serene setting.

We had a wonderful week in Carole and William's gite.

They were very charming hosts. The apartment was as described on the website, immaculately clean and homely. Carole and William were very accommodating and helpful.

The chickens and dogs were fun to have around.

Carole gave us lots of information about the area and places to visit.

The apartment was in a secure location with lovely large gardens to relax in. It was also extremely conveniently located for supermarkets, shopping and close to the quaint town of Troyes.

The lakes were also close and pleasant to relax by.

We would certainly recommend this apartment to fellow travellers.

Lovely host. The neighbours are also very pleasant and made us feel very welcome.

Very secure, entry by automatic gate(transponder supplied). Garden lovely with lots of furniture to enjoy the weather. Good baker nearby also. Good base for touring champagne area.

Nous avons apprécié cette location restaurée avec goût, à proximité de Troyes et au calme, parking sécurisé à l'intérieur de la cour. Logement de charme (poutres apparentes dans chambre) propre et bien agencé, avec tout le confort, pouvant convenir à couple même avec deux enfants. La propriétaire est très sympathique, toujours aux petits soins de ses hôtes. Cette location doit être encore plus agréable en été avec le grand jardin.

Très belle location

L'appartement est très beau, conforme aux photos et décoré avec gout. Il dispose de tout le confort nécessaire pour un court séjour. La propriétaire est très sympathique et met tout en œuvre pour que vos vacances se passent bien. La ville de Troyes est effectivement à 10 minutes en voiture. Il est très facile de s'y garer gratuitement (boulevard Danton par exemple) et les magasins d'usines sont tout aussi proches. Bref, nous conseillons fortement cette location.

super nett und unkompliziert

mit zwei Kindern zwar etwas klein und hellhörig (offene Treppe zum oberen Schlafzimmer) aber sehr gemütlich und den Bildern entsprechend schön eingerichtet. Komplett ausgestattet mit großem Außengelände zum Spielen, Toben, und gemütlich Sitzen. Unsere Kinder haben Leika den Hund geliebt! Sehr zentral gelegen, Wunderbare Seen 20 min. mit Auto, Troyes und andere sehenswürdige Orte schnell mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Für 2 - 3 Personen Optimal.
