About the property

A cinema room, and top of the range equipment. 10 km away from Aix.

This beautiful and spacious villa , recently refurbished, is about the town of Eguilles , 1 km from the historic village center and 12 minutes from Aix -en- provence .

Far from the traditional Provencal house , the house non Where Has unique charm synonymous with modernity and space with ease . All THAT IN exceptional green setting , OFFERING Peaceful views of the hills and the surrounding forest. The calm is absolute there .

The architecture of the house is very original , with wood siding son and layout on three levels with terraces, matching the slope of the land .

On the ground floor we find the living room, a large living room with a beamed structure offers a high ceiling . The double-sided fireplace , inserted in an elegant central column , the space structure , defining two lounges and a dining room in a contemporary style both comfortable and refined. The brick partition windows allow the walls to retract and open the room on the terrace of wood.

Another terrace extends the kitchen into a dining room outdoors, protected and very friendly . The kitchen , superbly equipped , has a large central island where you can take breakfast while admiring the sunrise over the countryside.

At this level there is also the guest bedroom, with en -suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and separate toilet.

The ground - garden , there are four rooms : two children's bedrooms (3 beds), one double bedroom, a bathroom and a shower room and a double bedroom with separate entrance , shower room and toilet.

It also has a soundproof TV lounge with home cinema, giant screen and comfy sofas .It is on the upper floor lies the master suite, a beautiful space with a beautiful bathroom and a dressing room.

All equipment in the house are of the highest quality : laundry with Miele electrical appliances , double glazing, perfect internet connection, central locking shutters, alarm with remote monitoring.

The outside is no exception. Nestled in vegetation and surrounded by a beautiful beach wood , the large pool is the place for unique moments of relaxation in a bucolic wish. It is a paradise for children: paddling pool , large trampoline , table tennis, swings, slide and a lot of space to play freely and safely.

The linen , towels and bath towels are provided. The beds are made fresh . The garden maintenance and weekly cleaning are included in the rent , and the complete departure cleaning . We also reserve some welcoming touches: you will find toiletries in the bathrooms and a small gourmet basket in the kitchen.

There are two garages in the property.

The surroundings :

Eguilles is a typical Provençal village ten kilometers north - west of Aix en Provence . Overlooking the surrounding valleys , the village site offers the most beautiful panorama of the region . The town is also the gateway to the Luberon Park .You are 15 minutes from the TGV station and 25 minutes from Marseille Provence airport .
