Spacious apartment with four bedrooms and large roof terrace near the beach.

Perfect apartment for the large family or two families who want a nice holiday together. The apartment has a fantastic location, in first line by San Pedros beach promenade you will find this well arranged floored penthouse. The 250 squareapartment is very spacious and contains four bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, living room, kitchen and three terraces facing one point of the compass each. From the apartments 140 square roof terrace you can see the Ronda Mountains, Sierra Blanca, the rooftree in San Pedro and a glimpse of the Mediterranean Sea. On the roof terrace there's also a small pool which can be nice to cool off in when the sun is at its peak. Within the area there is also a larger pool, and children's pool, also it's no further than 100 meters to the beach. The apartment also has modern equipment like Wi-Fi and air conditioning.

FLOOR PLAN

Living room

Large and bright living room with a door to the terrace in straight south position. The living room fits both living room and dining room furnishing. Functioning fireplace.

Bedroom

The apartment has four bedrooms which are secluded from the living room. Bedrooms 1 and 2 and 3 are half a floor down and fit both double beds and closets. All bedrooms have complete ensuite bathrooms. Bedroom 3 also has its own entrance.

The master bedroom is one floor down and a double bed and closets fit in it. Here there is also a large terrace in straight south position facing the garden and pool area. Ensuite bathroom with shower, bubble bath, toilet and double washbasins.

Kitchen

Spacious kitchen with good countertops and storage. Door to terrace in south direction.

Bathroom

In total there are 4 bathrooms, one for each bedroom. All bathrooms are equipped with bathtub/shower, toilet, washbasin and tiles on walls and floors.

Roof terrace

Large 140 square roof terrace with a fantastic view over the Ronda Mountains, Sierra Blanca, the rooftree in San Pedro and the spreading urbanization and its pool areas. Also a slight glimpse of the Mediterranean Sea. On the roof terrace there is a 4*2, 5 meter sized pool. Here there are plenty of seating for relaxation and beach chairs and a dining set under the terrace's pergola.

Amazing apartment - nice holidays

We have spent 10 amazing days in this apartment.

The flat is clean, spacious and functional. The roof terrace is definitely the best part of the flat with the private pool and the outdoor kitchen.

You have also a common pool just in front of the apartment in case you want ''more space'' for swimming.

Regarding the location, you only need 2 mins walk for reaching the beach and 15/20 mins for reaching the center of Puerto Banus. In case you do not want to walk, it is easy to find a taxi and it costs around 6/7 euros. The nearest supermarket is about 5 minutes walk.

I definitely recommend this flat.

Topp feriehus

Vi var 10 dager her i juni og hadde noen flotte dager. Huset har utmerket standard og bassenget og takterrassen helt perfekt. Fellesområdene var også utmerket.

I tillegg var det kort vei til butikker/strender/lekeplasser.

Eneste minuset med huset er at det var litt mange trapper, men det gjorde lite...

Hadde en utmerket ferie:)

mooi en ruim appartement

heerlijk appartement. Schoon en ruim en van alle gemakken voorzien. Vooral het dakterras is een unieke plek. Wij waren daar met ons gezin, 7 personen, en dat was heel goed te doen. Ook omdat je beneden een eigen slaapkamer hebt met badkamer wat je de nodige privacy geeft.

De vele balkons zijn leuk en allemaal hebben ze een zitje. Leuk uitzicht op het zwembad.

Het strand is 2 minuten lopen en over de boulevard naar puerto banus is 30 minuten en is een hele leuke wandeling. De supermarkt is 5 minuten lopen.

Wij hebben er een heerlijke vakantie gehad en komen zeker nog een keer terug

The apartment is situated perfectly with less than 100 meters to the beach as well as not being far away from the city life.

Down by the ocean there are nice sand beaches and a fantastic beach promenade. The beach promenade between San Pedro and Puerto Banus is a remedy for the soul and to those wanting to maximize that, the promenade continues all the way to Marbella. Along the promenade there are also several sand beaches, beach restaurants, bars, outdoor gym and playground for the children. It is only a 20 minute walk along the ocean to Puerto Banus, which is referred to as Spain's St Tropez. If you don't want to swim in the ocean there's also a very nice and well maintained pool area connected to the apartment.

If you need to break it off with something different San Pedro is only a walk away, it's a typical charming Spanish small town with many lovely cafés, tapas bars, restaurants, stores and milling crowds.

San Pedro is strategically comfortably placed and is close to everything. The activities on offer within proximity in San Pedro are almost inexhaustable. Within a miles radius you will reach a number of good golf courts for eg Las Brisias, Aloha, Los Naranjos, La Quinta etc. For the shopping interested most things are available. High class grocery stores with fresh fish, meat, fruit and vegetables and it is near to several large shopping centres and department store El Corte Ingles.

In the area you'll have access to several gym, tennis and paddle clubs, and to nice mountain walks in green Nueva Andalucia. It's only a half hour by car to discover the nice and beautiful mountain areas with genuine white villages with strong traditions and charm. A days trip to Ronda and Gibraltat are also recommended.

The climate in San Pedro is absoluteley fantastic. The mountain Sierra Blanca protects against cold northwinds and creates a very favourable and unique microclimate with comfortable temperature all year round.
