This lovely, romantic one room cottage with a bathroom is an idyllic in-town studio for a single or a couple with one child. Kitchen with all the amenities, jetted tub/shower, stereo and DVD TV, wireless DSL, and the perfect combination of elegance and hominess for the real Teton Valley experience.
Owned and designed by artists, the cottage is a renovated (in 2007)glassblowing studio with unique and handmade details throughout. The new glass art studio is also on the property, and you are welcome to watch us blow glass when we are working.
Easy walk downtown, and free use of bicycle(s) is included. Convenient to Yellowstone and Grand Teton Parks, Jackson Hole, wilderness, fishing, skiing at Grand Targhee.
We are glass artists whose studio is on the property. We have been in Driggs since 1987 and Jackson Hole before that. We love hiking, exploring and our local community.
Ralph Mossman and Mary Mullaney purchased this cottage in 2007
This cottage is our old glass studio, transformed into a beautiful apartment. It is one of 3 buildings on our property, and is about 50 meters behind our house.
We really enjoy all the things town has to offer
Thank you so much for the room. It's a great place, very cozy and nice. We really appreciate all your kindness and hospitality. We had a great time!
Thank you so much for the wondeful welcoming and your hospitalities. It was great meeting you.
PS - Thanks for showing us how to blow glass!
We had enjoyed our stay at your cottage and would recommend it to friends and relatives. We particularly appreciate the tour of your impressive glass shop. Thanks!
The cottage was comfortable and close to all the fun things to do in Driggs.
Ralph and Mary,
We greatly enjoyed our stay in the cottage which provided us with all the comforts of home. The cottage is spacious and equipped with lots of storage. The kitchen was well equipped with utensils and pots and pans. The jacuzzi tub was a great way to relax after a day on the slopes. The mud room was very useful for storing ski gear, luggage and even served as a fridge/freezer for extras that did not fit in the kitchen fridge. Ralph was very accommodating and even gave us a tour of their impressive glass blowing studio.
We had a great time staying at the Cottage and meeting Mary and Ralph. They were very helpful with suggestions for dinner, laundry, activities, and shopping. We stayed two nights and loved every minute of it.
The cottage was ideal for us. It is well thought out with attention to detail yet uncluttered. Ralph and Mary were welcoming and accommodating. I enjoyed casual cruising on the trails around town on one of the bikes they provided and Deb enjoyed the jetted bath rub. Driggs has a number of restaurants that are likely quite good though we ate out just once at Bangkok Kitchen which was good and reasonably priced. Grand Teton National Park is spectacular and an easy day trip. We thoroughly enjoyed our two day stay.
First off Mary and Ralph are great hosts and will spend time with you to show you the glass shop and help with any questions you may have about the local area. The cottage is real roomy and neatly decorated. I would recommend this property to anyone looking to get off the main road and stay in someone very peaceful and well taken care of.
We were SOOOO impressed with this cottage-wish we could have it everywhere we go. So clean, bright, comfortable with all the amenities of home. We will definitely stay here again! ♡
The cottage is one of 3 building on our property, and is about 50 meters behind our house.
