Our gardens have 3 swimming pools with integral children's' pools, life guard attendance, fountains, lily ponds and streams. The gardens host an open air restaurant and cafe exclusively for residents.

This very safe and secure development is located directly on the beach with two security gates - one leads on to the Blue Flag sandy beach, into the inviting Mediterranean sea and the lavish Ocean Club with its fabulous huge seawater swimming pool. The other security gate leads into the famous PUERTO BANUS MARINA which is a two minute walk either along the sandy beach or by using the boardwalk.

The gardens and apartment are wheelchair and push-chair friendly. The boardwalk is accessible from our garden gates which make the beach and Marina Puerto Banus so easy to navigate.

The 24 hour concierge / reception facilitates your arrival and departure times making them totally flexible for your convenience. An underground parking space is provided with elevator access to the apartment. A modern kitchen with ceramic hob and separate utility room which has two boilers, washing and drying machine, dishwasher, ironing board & iron. Ensuite bathroom to bedroom 1, marble floor and walls, bath/shower, wc, bidet, two wash basins. Guest bathroom is similar. Very nicely decorated apartment. Towels, pool towels & linens. A weekly change of sheets and towels is included for stays of 2 weeks or more. Additional cleaning and baby sitting can be arranged at cost. Cot & high chair provided on request. Some local golf courses: Aloha, Las Brisas, Los Naranjos, La Quinta, La Dama de Notche for night golf. 1 minute walk to beach and marina. All blue flag sandy beaches with sunbeds and fully serviced beach restaurants for food, drinks and BBQ until sunset suitable for all budgets. Magnificent views of Gibraltar and the observation of the most elegant yachts and fishing boats sailing in and out of the Marina Banus. Malaga and Gibraltar airports are 40 minutes drive.

As good as it gets

Lovely apartment within first class, award winning gardens.

This accommodation comfortably offers everything a family of 4 will need for a perfect holiday. Two spacious bedrooms (large double ensuite and twin ensuite) with excellent storage space; excellent lounge with two three seater sofas and an excellent Satellite TV package, should you wish to avail; internal dining for 6 complimented by a good and well equipped kitchen and separate utility. External balcony comfortably seats 6 around the table and chairs and offers great views of the gardens and 1 of the 3 pools.

The gardens themselves are first class, spacious and not over crowded. The 3 pools are excellent - kiddies section in each of the three - are well maintained. The gardens are stunning.

There are two bar/restaurants on site which offer a range of food (and drinks), all reasonably priced and of a very good quality. For those who wish to self cater, the SuperCor supermarket is a short walk away and holds a good variety of food.

This is a great property for families seeking a relaxing, safe and peaceful holiday. The proprietors,Nael & Angela, are attentive, caring and accessible.

Wonderful apartment with excellent facilities.

Myself, husband and 2 boys (aged 14 & 9) stayed in this beautiful apartment for 1 week and could not fault anything about our holiday. The spacious apartment was fabulous, immaculate and offered everything any family would need from Wi-Fi & satalite TV to onsite restaurants in amazing surroundings that are maintained to such a high standard. The private entrance to the beech is a bonus and only a 5 minute walk takes you to all the bars, shops and restaurants. The owners were so nice and dealt with all enquires promptly and nothing seemed like to much trouble. Overall we had an amazing holiday in such a beautiful part of the world and I would highly recommend to others and will be booking again for any future holidays to Puerto Banus. Thank you.

Fantastic apartment

Had the best time at the apartment, could not fault it in any way.

The apartment had everything we needed as a family with two small children, it was very clean the rooms were large and well furnished and the grounds were beautiful.

The three swimming pools were fantastic our 4 year old learned to swim this holiday as the pool went from shallow to deep and was very safe.

The position of the apartment was so close to everywhere just 2 minutes to the port but was so quiet and relaxing.

We will definitely return to this apartment again!!!

A lovely apartment in Puerta Banus

My wife and I spent 3 great weeks in this delightful apartment. On arrival the apartment was spotless, the decor was excellent and the original description was accurate. Everything about the apartment was to our liking, such as a separate utility room, large balcony, comfortable seating in the lounge. The gardens and pool areas around the complex were outstanding and the walk to the boardwalk outside the complex was a delight. To the left of the boardwalk was a short walk to the many restaurants and an amazing marina with some of the finest private boats we have seen. To the right of the boardwalk was a walk that apparently ends up in Marbella - many miles away.

We have no hesitation in recommending this apartment to anybody and thank our hosts Angela and Niall for their help during our stay.

First class apartment

This was our first time in the resort so we did not know of the area or where to stay local to the amenities.

Luckily we saw this on Home and Away, it gave all the information and description we required.

Apartment was minutes from the glorious beach and the glamorous marina.

The apartment itself offered everything we required for the perfect family holiday, it was truly a home from home.

The owners were a pleasure to deal with and made the booking process as simple as possible.

We loved our holiday and will definitely book again with the owners.
