About the property

We rent a house of 170 m2 of surface to 500 meters above sea level, calm and absolute comfort with a personal welcome to holidaymakers with or without children. The ability of furnished is 8 people consisting of a bedroom with a hospital bed for a person with reduced mobility on the ground floor (room adjoining full water), two master bedroom suites on the first floor with bathroom Attached to each room and a bedroom on the second floor with three single beds, two of which can be met just to do one of two people (wc and washbasin in room). A fifth bedroom can accommodate an extra exceptionally couple in a sofa bed with capacity to 10 people. The bedding is completely new and quality (anti-bedsore mattresses, latex slatted frame ...) .The absolute comfort thanks to 300 liters of hot water and geothermal energy with heated floor. It replaces a fireplace without the chore of wood. And if the chore is not a chore for you, our mass stove (Tuli Kivi) will satisfy you completely: 3:00 fire with 12 hours of heating by radiation. The lodging of guide contains extensive information including an extensive list of activities to do "fine weather" and "when it rains."

The price is all inclusive: water, electricity, wood, linen, towels, bed linen, tourist tax and cleaning. Only internet option and unlimited phone 50euros is not always available but the landline is functional for calls to landlines and only local calls (be careful, no mobile phone network or 3G).

Many walking, and mountain biking are offered starting from the furnished (marked maps provided). Once your luggage down, you sit on two large sofas around the table "rouelle ash" for an aperitif. You took care to put the cookies on the turntable so that everyone can enjoy.

Meanwhile, children explore the site and discover the thousand treasures of decoration and entertainment. They monopolize the parts dedicated to them; extra bedroom and second floor room with a WC-BD library.

Everyone is relaxed, happy! Everything works great, it's clean, the walls are saints the beds are made, towels are stored and ready to serve.

Lunch time is approaching and you marvel at the brightly lit kitchen with new and modern appliances where there are just as at home as no detail has eluded us. There is even a wine carafe.

One of you has a little thrill? You can choose to go up the temperature control panel of the heat pump or light the fire in the mass stove.

Geographic location :

The cottage is located at a dead end and in the middle of a pasture height of one hectare and a half. The GPS address is 15, the main street in Xertigny Roulier postal code: 88220. The living room :

Dining room :

This is the central room of the house. With the exception of two rooms, each other room has a direct vis-à-vis. The kitchen :

4 walls with 4 doors with access to the dining room, the living room, on the outside and the bearing of the person with reduced mobility. The centerpiece of the house is flooded with light day and night. The kitchen furniture are clear massive oak. They are equipped with limit damper. The appliance consists of a good height fridge, freezer drawer in the lower part of a dishwasher, an induction cooker with 3 burners and a built-in hood original fireplace. The bathroom on the ground floor:

Notes:
We are very keen to welcome our tenants ourselves. We give them the key in two copies explaining to them that it opens the entrance door of the living room, the technical room and the kitchen. We present the house with all the necessary and useful explanations so that everyone feels good and uses the equipment made available in normal conditions. Wir haben mit unserer Familie ein verlängertes Wochenende in diesem Haus verbracht und waren alle begeistert. Sehr gute, gepflegte Ausstattung, mit Liebe hergerichtet. Wir wären gerne noch ein paar Tage länger geblieben.

Nous avons réservé ce gite pour un week end en famille et nous n'avons pas été déçu ! La maison est magnifique, très bien équipée et décorée avec gout. Propreté irréprochable, literie très confortable, il fait bon y vivre. Tout est pensé dans le détail. Et le plus c'est que la maison est vraiment équipée pour les personnes à mobilité réduite ou handicapées. Ma grand-mère qui a du mal de se déplacer a été enchantée d'avoir au rez-de-chaussé sa chambre avec lit électrique et salle de bain attenante avec de rampes d'appui. Nous avons été au calme et avons pu profiter du salon de jardin avec pour décor les champs environnants et les vaches. Les propriétaires sont adorables, à l'écoute et aux petits soins. Nous avons aussi pu aller nous ressourcer aux thermes de Plombières les bains. C'est le plus beau gite que nous ayons réservé à ce jour. Nous gardons les coordonnées car nous y reviendrons probablement. Nous recommandons donc vivement cette location. Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés !

Magnifique gîte situé dans le calme absolu

Très beau gîte et très bien équipé à tous les niveaux. La situation au calme, proche de la nature est un plus. Il ne manque rien; la maison est faite avec beaucoup de goût : il faut prendre son temps pour regarder tous les petits détails. C'est idéal pour un séjour en grande famille ou entre amis. Nous étions 8 adultes et 4 petits enfants pour partager aisément un bel espace. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants. Nous conseillons vivement ce gîte!

Gîte très accueillant d'une qualité irréprochable. Même à 10 personnes, le confort n'en n'est pas altéré.

Nous le recommandons sans réserve pour un séjour en famille ou entre amis. À ajouter que la sympathie et l'accueil des propriétaires est remarquable. Cette expérience fut agréable et à renouveler. Pourquoi pas pour la période de Pâques ou période estivale.

if you get lost, ask the place called "the Xertigny pâquis"

near the location, there is the amusement park "farm adventure for kids" 4 km, the center fitness "Calodaé" for adults 6 km, bio maraicher 3 km away, a fish farm ( farmed trout, fishing with loan of equipment) 5km. farm eggs, relates only milk, poultry (ready to cook) with possibility of visit (free) of the farm 2km. a small corner of paradise with friendly locals, disinterested, because not tourist friendly and therefore authentic holidays. here you will not see any barriers preventing the passage, no prohibition from making or making fire, not getting you arrested or prohibiting you ... with some discretions and patience, you can easily see the wildlife at dusk or at dawn as a Garden of Eden. for observing the sky, you will have no light pollution. for more sensitive, no relay antenna to over 5 km radius. renting is prohibited to domestic animals is no risk for allergic to the hairs. the same for the disabled (one), we have made numerous adjustments so that your travel is easiest possible. for families with very young children, we have provided top security gates of each staircase.

we are very alert to critical and non compliments. we have a great product but the imperfection is everywhere. nothing like a fresh look to see what we missed. so, when you visit our farm, we ask you to fill a critical form. of course, there is no mandatory and we do not insist when tenants do not fulfill this form.
