About the property

Beautiful 2 bedroom apartment with hydromassage bath and marble floors.

We offer a stay for 2-4 persons in a modern and very comfortable apartment of 100m² in Duquesa Village (Costa Del Sol in Manilva).

A 85 km from Malaga airport, 35 km from the rock Giblartar, 10 km of Estepona, 25 km from Marbella and 30 minutes from Tangier (Morocco), its geographical location exeptionnelle that it becomes an ideal place for holidays.

The apartment is located in a secure 24/24 complex, 7 / 7d with a permanent presence goalkeeper.

The complex has 5 beautiful pools (one pool for the little ones).

The swimming pools are equipped with deckchairs and parasols.

In every village you will find landscaped tropical gardens and a tennis paddle free.

The marina and beaches are just 1600 meters from the village. You will find many restaurants, pubs and shops.

Entertainment and excursions are organized throughout the year.

The apartment is located on the first floor.

It is newly furnished and fully equipped.

It has all the necessary comfort for an unforgettable vacation.

It is equipped with airconditioning (hot-cold), marble floors, armored door and Jacuzzi bath.

The apartment is composed of seven parts:

* Living room and dining room with modern furnishings giving direct access to the terrace

 * 1 bedroom with 2 people with closets, this room has direct access to the terrace and a private bathroom with hydro massage bath

* 1 room with 2 single beds with wardrobes

* 1 full kitchen with access to a nearby laundry

* 1 bathroom with shower

* 1 equipped 21m² terrace with mountain views, golf and an angular view of the sea

* An underground garage

We have made sure that you find everything you might need during your stay.

The apartment is equipped with airconditioning (hot-cold), marble floors, electric exterior shutters,

hydro massage bath and has a security door with intercom.

Access to the village via a remote controlled gate

and controlled by a guard.

You can park your car in a parking garage with remote controlled gates.

For your convenience we have at your disposal:

 * Electric kettle, Senseo coffee machine, toaster, electric citrus press, mixer electric plancha, ceramic electric hob, oven, microwave, extractor hood, fridge freezer, dishwasher, cooking utensils and all dishes and cutlery.

To facilitate your stay in the apartment also include:

 * Washing machine, tumble dryer (manual), steam, ironing board and hair dryer in each bathroom

To spend a relaxing evening you can use a flat screen TV connected to a satellite dish. If you want to watch your favorite movies, you can connect the USB key on the TV.

The terrace has a garden table with 4 chairs Multi positions and parasol.

Outside of the apartment in the residence, you can enjoy at will 5 beautiful outdoor swimming pools, a wading pool for the little ones. Their original shapes, different depths and location within the village, allow you to relax wherever you like.

For your comfort, each pool area with deck chairs. In case of hot weather, you can sit in the shade under straw parasols. Each pool has a shower.

The whole site has beautiful tropical gardens. You'll have time to enjoy the trails to indulge in your favorite sport (jogging, cycling, badminton ...) or simply enjoy the beauty of nature during a walk.

Sports enthusiasts will enjoy a paddle-tennis field with a synthetic coating.

For golf enthusiasts, a golf course with 18 holes is located right next door (access not included in the rental price).

Geweldig ruim appartement, volledig uitgeruste keuken en alle comfort die je je kunt bedenken, zoals een jacuzzi! Genoten van de mooie omgeving, uitstraling van het park en verschillende zwembaden. Kortom wij komen zeker terug naar Duquesa Village!

Great spacious apartment, fully equipped kitchen and all the comforts you can imagine, such as a jacuzzi! We have enjoyed the beautiful surroundings, look of the park and swimming pools. In short, we'll be back at Duquesa Village for sure!

La casa está muy bien. Todo nuevo y cuidado hasta el último detalle, bonita.

La casa es como aparece en las fotos.

La urbanización es muy tranquila y cuenta con 5 piscinas, 2 muy grandes.

Ningún problema con la propietaria.

Fácil recoger y entregar las llaves.

Limpieza perfecta

La casa da a un campo de golf, con lo cual es muy tranquila y no hay ruidos por la noche.

Sehr schöner Urlaub

Schon im Vorwege ein sehr netter Kontakt zur Vermieterin. Unterlagen für die Anreise sehr gut ausgearbeitet und vorbereitet, so dass die Anreise in der Nacht auch kein Problem war. Schönes, sauberes Appartement in einer gepflegten Anlage mit diversen unterschiedlichen Pools. Viele Flyer für Tagesausflüge und eine Info-Mappe liegen in der Wohnung bereit. Ein Auto ist erforderlich, um an den Strand und zu den Restaurants zu gelangen.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren, erholsamen Urlaub und können das Appartement nur weiterempfehlen.

Un endroit parfait pour visiter la Costa del Sol

L'appartement est très grand et très propre. Il est encore plus beau que sur les photos. Il a une grande terrasse qui donne sur le club de golf. Les piscines sont très belles. Le seul petit problème est sa distance par rapport à la mer et des restaurants soit plus de 30 minutes en côte très abrupte. Ce petit problème est cependant mineur et n'affecte nullement le plaisir d'y vivre et demeure.

La région de Malaga est en effet montagneux et plupart des complexes sont construits en dehors de la ville pour préserver le calme et tranquillité des vacanciers. Il est vrai qu'en général les complexes se trouvent a la hauteur, pour cela je recommande vivement la voiture. Il est facile de descendre mais pour monter cela peut s’avérer un peu plus fatiguant. Je vous remercie de votre confiance et votre location et j'espère de pouvoir vous accueillir a nouveau.
