Absolutely Beautiful!

This was our second time traveling to Ibiza from Canada. We had an unforgettable experience at this home in old town. My wife and I were greeted by Joan upon arrival, he walked us through the house and we were blown away at first sight. Nana was very quick to return all e-mails and messages.

We spent the first night alone, our last three nights we had four friends with us. The house is ideal for a family, or 6 people with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The house had everything we needed and more, even thought the interior of the home was beautiful, and the view from the main floor was stunning, we spent most of our time on the spacious two level roof top terrace, I can't imagine a better view.

Myself, my wife, and our four friends did not want to leave this house and have already talked about returning next year.

Lived up to expectations!!

Great place, fantastic location & fabulous views. From booking to leaving Nana kept in touch. The accommodation probably exceeded expectations because the photos were exactly like it is in real life & probably better!

It was quiet but central, hosts we responsive & helpful, beds were large & comfortable, kitchen well stocked with all the gadgets you need and bathrooms large & clean.

The six of us had plenty of room the only thing that we didn't get was as much sun as we needed but I don't think Nana or Joan could control that! Would recommend and visit again.

Great people and great place

We had a wonderful experience staying at this beautiful home! Nana and Jo were extremely gracious and accommodating hosts.

The views were better than we expected. The house was located near many interesting shops and great restaurants. Nana and Jo provided all the information we needed to enjoy our trip to the fullest. We were even lucky to see the "Dama de Noche" a cactus flower in front of the house that only blooms once a year.

We really look forward to going back on our next vacation! Highly recommend this charming house to anyone visiting Ibiza!

Amazing location with stunning views !

We had a fantastic week at Casa Miranda - the layout over 3 floors worked perfectly for our group , allowing both privacy and the chance to enjoy the great social areas within the house. House was very clean and well equipped.

I have stayed in a few villas in Ibiza Town and this one has unrivalled views of the sea, port, Dalt Villa and both sunrises and sunsets .

Nana & Joan were always very helpful and quick to respond to any questions that we had.

A perfect stay , thanks !

Great views located in the heart of the old city

Over all the villa/townhouse was a nice experience. With every choice in Ibiza there is pros and cons. The house was clean and well equipped with most of the comforts of home. Great views of the sea and the castle. The most challenging part was accessibility. It's basically a mile walk to the nearest car accessible street and it's numerous stairs stone and rocky pathways. And then more stairs once in side. We had a semi disabled person in our group which really highlighted this issue. If your looking for convenience, peace and quite you might want to consider other alternatives but if you want to be in the middle of it all then this the place for you. Also good wifi however only works on the main floor, the house is 4 levels and my bedroom was in the bottom floor so no connection there. The booking process is rather detailed but the owners are very nice and knowledgeable as long as you are operating within the set guidelines.

Owner's Response: First of all, we are very happy you liked our place and your stay! About the feedback you wrote, and for which we are grateful, we would like to point out that: all the information about location, accessibility, parking space, layout of the house…. is published in the web site. We are very careful and strict with the information about the property published in the web page, as well as with the all information that we send before formalizing the booking. Our villa / townhouse is in the old city (neither the houses (nor the hotels) located in Ibiza Old Town have theirs own car park in the same flat) and close to the Old Port of Ibiza Town: a Megayacht Marina and a pedestrian avenue with access to the vehicles restricted (access restricted by safety questions). It is important to indicate that the car parking space is to 700m of the house, and not to a mile like you write….. This is the closest parking to the house (private parking), and you knew it before reserving the house. You have never told to us that a semi disabled person would lodge at the house. The injury of the foot of your friend was an accident one day before the Check-in day. We were very sorry to hear about his accident the same day of the Check-in and we understand that the stairs in the house were not comfortable for him…… But anyway, with regard to the accessibility the first information that anyone can find/read on our property (in the web site) is: “Overview”: “Wheel chair accessible: No”. In the paragraph “Suitability” published in the web site specifies very clearly “Wheelchair Inaccessible”. In the same paragraph we alert -for families with children-: “Property with three levels of accommodation plus a roof terrace”. In addition, along the whole detailed description of the house, it makes clear in several occasions that the property has 3 levels and access to the different levels with stairs. The interior stairs also are seen in the different published photographies……. About the wifi connection, we were not notified about no wifi connection in the bottom floor from you or any other client before and after either. In spite of this, we sent a Fiber Optic Technician and he has installed the new Router Home Gateway Unit (HGU) available in Ibiza island only a few weeks ago, in order to avoid any potential problems of wifi connection. We think that it is very important to clarify all these details for other persons interested in renting the house. Thanks again and regards!

bella soluzione per chi vuole stare in Ibiza

Proprietari molto gentili e disponibili, casa curata nei minimi particolari, silenziosa, vista molta bella e suggestiva sul mare, sul castello e sul porto. Posizione comodissima per i ristoranti, supermercati ecc. La casa è grande e gli spazi sono belli, l'unico difetto che è la difficoltà a muoversi tra gli spazi in casa perché le scale sono molto ripide e separano in maniera netta gli spazi. Non aspettavi un 'effetto villa' ma più piccoli appartamenti da vivere separatamente. Altro difetto è la distanza a cui bisogna lasciare la macchina, quindi è perfetto se dovete fare non più di un'andata e ritorno al giorno dalla macchina, altrimenti diventa impegnativo.
