Being in a traditional building, the apartment occupies an attic and has free wi fi, room with couple bed, living room with a sofa bed for two persons, private bathroom and a fully equiped kitchen.

The ceiling of this cute attic is lower than the borders which makes the place very cozy, authentic and charming.

My Charming House in Lisbonne is located in the heart of the Mouraria district, just a five minute walk from the Martim Moniz Metro Station (green line connecting the Portela Airport and Railway Station Santa Apolonia), bus terminal, taxis and the famous tram 28. Martim Moniz Square there has an underground public parking.

Also a five minute walk, are the Martim Moniz and Figueira squares, Rossio and Restorers and, a little after, Bairro Alto and Chiado.

To Castle Saint George, Grace and Alfama, with its magnificent sights of the city, the path is going up, so it is Necessary to count on 10-15 minutes walk.

Near My Charming House to Lisbonne, there is everything you could need: stores, markets and supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants, hospital, police station, etc.

If you want to go to the beaches of Costa da Caparica using public transport, river terminal Transtejo, it is a 20 minutes pleasant walk along the Tagus estuary (or faster using the subway). It Is Also in Cais do Sodre That Is located the railway terminal of Cascais giving access to several beaches and the beautiful town of Cascais. Rossio has the train station to Sintra, just seven minutes walk.

Cozy, Cute, Great location

"Hobbit House" is the perfect description for this apartment. It is very small, but that makes it cozy! If you are very tall, it might not be the place for you. The apartment is walking distance to Carmo Convent, Castelo de Sao Jorge, Roman Theater, Chiado Museum and the Rossio train station as well as many of the beautiful squares. There is a beautiful view from the kitchen window of the Sao Jorge Castle and the beautiful roofs of Lisbon. Maria is a great host!

Kleine, zentrale Wonung im Zentrum von Lissabon

Die Wohnung liegt in einer ganz kleinen Seitenstraße im Maurenviertel unter dem Dach. Alles - U-Bahn, Tram, Busse, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten - ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist eng mit vielen Schrägen, für große Leute weniger geeignet. Die Bereiche sind nicht voneinander abgetrennt. Das breite französische Bett ist bequem. Von der Küche hat man einen schönen Blick auf die Burg. Die Küche ist zum Kochen nicht sehr geeignet, nur 2 Kochplatten und sehr kleiner Tisch. Zum Frühstücken reicht es aber. Alles hat funktioniert. Internet ist ausreichend schnell und zuverlässig. Insgesamt passt der Begriff "urig". Etwas stressig: Das Haustürschloß ist hakelig und benötigte eine Eingewöhnungszeit.

Die Abwicklung war aud Englisch und sehr zuverlässig und freundlich

Bonne adresse

Séjour de deux adultes et un ado .

L'appartement est très bien équipé pour les courts et longs séjours .

Tram et épiceries en bas de la rue , métro à 5 mn à pieds sur la place Martim Moniz .

Seul regret ...ne pas avoir croisé Maria .L'accueil a très bien été assuré par son époux .

Mais rassurez vous , si vous ne la voyez pas , Maria sera quand même disponible pour vous indiquer un bon restaurant , caché dans une petite ruelle .(Merci encore pour cette bonne adresse ) .

Die Wohnung ist klein aber fein. Die Wohnung war wirklich sauber, perfekt wi-fi, hübsch eingerichet. Die Lage ist ideal für Ausflüge, liegt ganz zentral.

Vermiterin Maria ist sehr nett und super freundlich.

Super, en plein coeur du vieux Lisbonne

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l'accueil de Maria pour notre séjour de 8 jours à Lisbonne. Appartement très cosy, propre bien entretenu, lit très confortable, rien ne manque, il y a même le parasol que nous avons baladé dans le métro et le train pour aller à Praia Carcavelos et Cascais.

Idéalement situé près du métro Martim Moniz (5mn) et à proximité de la gare de Rossio (Pour Sintra) et de Cais do Sodré (Cascais). Le quartier ne manque pas de restos.

Nous nous sommes déplacés durant ces 8 jours à pied, métro, tram, train et c'était très facile.

C'est avec plaisir que nous rentrions le soir,

The Mouraria is one of the most traditional districts of the city of Lisbon, which owes its name to the fact that D. Afonso Henriques, after the conquest of Lisbon, had confined to part of the city to the Muslims. It was in this neighborhood that the Moors remained after the Christian Reconquest. The apartment is located just five minutes walking distance from the metro station Martim Moniz (green line connecting to Portela Airport and Santa Apolónia Railway Station), bus terminals, taxi and the famous tram 28.

Also a five minute walk away are the Praça do Martim Moniz, Rossio and Restauradores, and a little further on, Bairro Alto and Chiado, known places of excellence for nightlife.

For S. Castle Jorge, Bairro da Graça and Alfama, with its magnificent viewpoints over the city, the way is to climb, so it is a 10 to 15 minute walk.

Nearby My Charming House to Lisbonne has everything you could need, varied commerce, markets and supermarkets, pharmacy, restaurants, bars, hospital esplanades, police station, etc.

If you want to go to Costa da Caparica's beaches using public transportation, the Transtejo river terminal is a 20-minute walk away on the pleasant walk along the Tagus Estuary. It is also in the Cais do Sodré that is located the railway terminal of the Cascais line that gives access to several beaches and the beautiful Vila de Cascais.

Between Praça do Rossio and Restauradores has the railway terminal of the Sintra line, beautiful village that is worth a visit.

My Charming House in Lisbonne has a bedroom with double bed (sheets included), living room with sofa bed for two people and that can be used with sleeping bags in the house.

It has a living room with TV, board games, Internet Wi Fi and even a small annex, very sunny (in fact, like the whole apartment) with balcony and invites to rest.

The ensuite bathroom has a shower, as well as complimentary toiletries and a hair dryer.

The kitchen is equipped with ceramic hob, coffee and juice machines, toaster, shredder, microwave, fridge and washing machine. With a beautiful view over the Castle Hill, at dusk you can enjoy the beautiful Lisbon sunset.

My Charming House in Lisbonne is the top floor of a recently refurbished building in a quiet street, with stairs being very accessible, although they may present difficulties for people with reduced mobility. Being a mansard, the right foot is less than normal and the walls follow the slopes of the roof.

The owner is close and always contactable by mobile phone for any clarification or help you may need. It will be in the family that will give you the reception and delivery of the keys and give you all the help you need.
