This 90 m2 house has 3 comfy bedrooms on the first floor. All of them come with closets, A/C and double beds. Two of them have access to a balcony. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and a dressing room. In addition to the en-suite bath there is another bathroom with shower on the first floor. Furthermore, there is a toilet on the ground floor.
The sitting-dining room with A/C is a lovely place to read a book, watch television (SAT-TV) and eat together. The kitchen is well-equipped and there is also a washing machine.
The terrace is perfect for a BBQ or for basking in the sun. There is 1 sun lounger and 1 sun umbrella. The 17 m2 chlorine water pool is private and its depth is 1.70 metres. Pets are not allowed. You can park on the street, free of charge.
In the small, genuine town Maria de la Salut you will find a few shops, restaurants and bars. On Friday takes place the market where you can buy fresh groceries from the local farmers.
A 15 minutes’ drive takes you to the fine grained sand beach Can Picafort. During the summer it’s a lively place with lots of restaurants, bars and pubs. If you are seeking for relax, we recommend you the beach Playa de Muro, Cala Torta and S’Arenalet des Verger.
Note: The rental of this property is based on the Spanish Law on Urban Leases (29/1994, 24th November). According this law the property is available for seasonal renting. However, the contract does not offer any tourist service. It is only for the use and enjoyment of the property.
