About this property

Ideally located, on the edge of a large sandy beach, near shops, bars and restaurants, the apartment is located in a residence with private and secure swimming pool.

Renovated, bright, spacious, well-equipped apartment with a spacious and pleasant balcony offering a side sea view on one side and mountain on the other.

It includes 1 entrance with fully equipped kitchen open to a living / dining room, 2 bedrooms (1 king size 160 bed with a quality mattress; 1 double bed-140cm and 1 single bed-90cm), separate WC, and a bathroom.

Its large balcony (11m2), particularly well exposed (South-East), allows lunch in the shade in summer. In winter, it is closed by sliding picture windows and fitted with screen blinds, to take advantage of the view in all weathers.

Designed to accommodate families with children and babies, you will find 1 travel cot, 1 cane stroller, 1 beach shelter and games for children.

Entrance on Saturday from 2.30 p.m. to 6 p.m. maximum (agency closing time).

Rest / relaxation: Enjoy the fabulous bay of Roses, classified as the most beautiful bay in the world by Unesco and the beach of Santa-Margarita, at the bottom of the residence and end your sea bath by our private swimming pool. Walk to Roses on the pedestrian path that runs along the sea. Go by bike through the Parc des Aiguamolls or on one of the different circuits offered.

Visits: The marvelous Cap Créus with the "Roses Express" (small train). Cadaquès or the Medes Islands with the boats of the "Blaus de Roses".

Monuments and museums: Discover The Citadel of Roses, San Pere de Rhodes: its monastery and its ruins. The Dali Museum in Figueres or his house in Portlligat. Its medieval towns: Tossa de Mar, Bégur and Bésalù. Banyoles Lake.

Wunderschöne Urlaubswoche

Wir sind total nett empfangen worden. Durften nach Absprache sogar ein bisschen früher in die Wohnung. Es war alles vorhanden was man im Urlaub benötigt und die Nähe zum Strand ist unschlagbar. Ich habe jeden Morgen den Zugang zum Strand benutzt und den Sonnenaufgang betrachtet. So macht Urlaub Spass, Vielen Dank

Mme leroy, la propriétaire des lieux est très réactive aux échanges de mail ce qui est très appréciable. L'appartement est propre, agréable et fonctionnel. Nous sommes satisfait de notre séjour.

Hormis les insultes de Sylvie et son manque d investissement sur notre arrivee et notre accueil,sur la propreté de l appartement et sur son Kit de linge, notre sejour c est dans l ensemble bien passé.

Sehr schöne Wohnung in Top Zustand und in Top Lage

Es war alles super! Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter und der Kontaktperson vor Ort hat super funktioniert obwohl wir kein französisch sprechen. Wohnung ist genauso wie in der Anzeige beschrieben und top sauber. Gepflegter Pool und die Strandnähe sind ein weiterer Pluspunkt. Wir kommen gerne einmal wieder. LG M&M

Muy agradable

Hemos estado muy bien en el alojamiento. Yo soy de la zona aunque ahora vivo lejos, por lo que conozco muy bien la urbanización y el pueblo, así como todos los pueblos cercanos. El apartamento estaba un poco frío cuando llegamos, pero lo pudimos solucionar con los aparatos que tienen por toda la casa. Está bien surtido en cuanto a platos, vasos, cazuelas, sartenes, ... incluso lavavajillas (que no siempre encontramos). Tuvimos problema con el microondas y con el horno. El microondas no conseguíamos saber por qué el plato no giraba, pero vino ese mismo día la persona que gestiona el apartamento y pudo hacer un apaño. Y el horno cuando llevaba unos 5-6 minutos encendido hacía saltar la luz general. El apartamento forma parte de una comunidad de 3 edificios con una amplia zona común, seguramente en verano se podrá aprovechar mucho más esas zonas comunes, por nuestra parte al estar en una zona cerrada era muy silencioso y tranquilo, cosa que buscábamos. Está tan cerca del paseo marítimo que es un lujo bajar del apartamento y ya caminar con la playa a un lado. A título personal decir que el wc y el lavabo estén separados me resultó un poco incómodo. Como siempre se nos ocurren reformas en los apartamentos que alquilamos seguramente a este le cambiaríamos la separación entre wc y lavabo-ducha. Tiene una terraza cerrada con ventanas muy grande que nosotras hemos aprovechado poco, pero seguramente alguien que vaya en épocas más cálidas aprovechará bien. Por lo demás, las personas que gestionan el apartamento, incluso estando en las fechas navideñas en las que suele ser difícil que te den una respuesta rápida, estuvieron pendientes en todo momento. Solo hablan francés, pero nos apañamos muy bien con el traductor del móvil. Volveríamos a repetir seguro.
