On entry you have large bright East facing living room with 2 large relaxing sofas (5 guests) a breakfast bar, large flat screen TV, (with english news channels, Sky news, BBC etc) DVD Player, Stereo and high speed internet/Wifi. There is an american kitchen - with microwave, fridge, cooking plate, wasdhing machine, coffee machine, kettle and toaster and full utensils. There is air conditioning. The apartment is bathed in light as full length window/doors from all rooms facing east/south - all rooms open onto balcony. There is a very comfortable bathroom - with large corner bath. The 2 bedrooms are very bright - master bedroom has a queen size double bed and dressing table. The 2nd bedroom (childrens room) has a double bunk bed - double (queen size) on bottom and single bed ontop - both bedrooms open up onto balcony. The balcony is a wrap around balcony - and very sunny with chair and table and 2 reclining chairs. This is a lovely, comfortable family apartment in great location.
Cleaning and linen charge:
To offer a high standard presentation of apartment - There is an additional 120 euro payment which covers your end-of-stay cleaning and fresh professionally laundered, high quality linens and towels.
Also included is a welcome pack with good quality bottle of bio Rose wine, orange juice, water and biscuits and also a small sample of L'occitane toiletries.
This is paid at the end of your stay in cash full details are provided on booking. This an additional to the rental price shown on the right of screen.
This apartment comes with linens and towels and beds made-up accordingly for 5 persons.

Baby cot: a fold-up baby cot and linens can be added to apartment: 30 euro
Beach Towels: 2 large beach towels 20 euro; 4 large beach towels: 35 euro
Any additional services will be added to the cleaning cash payment at the end-of-your stay.

We are a family of five and we spent almost two weeks in this apartment. The location is great, the apartment was clean and beautiful, shops and other amenities are close.
The company Go-Nice was friendly and helpful, very reliable. Their office is very near the apartment so if you have any questions just march in.
Good tip for the renters would be to add a dining table to the place, otherwise all was really good! We recommend!
This apartment would make an ideal base for a family visiting Nice - it is very sunny and bright - great location 100 meters from the Pedestrian Zone with its many restaurants and quality shops and only 200 meters to the Promenade des Anglais and beach - so it is a very prestigious location and a really excellent base to explore Nice.
