This is a super apartment - great location and very well furnished and presented. The livingroom has a high quality leather sofa, a leather lounge chair, and quality glass coffee table and dining table with Philipe Starck chairs. There is a flat screen TV with french channels - from the livingroom is a balcony that runs off livingroom and kitchen and you have a side view of the sea. The balcony has a table and 2 chairs. (from May 2014 there will be internet installed)A lovely spacious bedroom at the rear of apartment (very quiet) it has a high quality kingsize double bed, storage cupboards and air conditioning.A very high quality showerroom with large walk-in shower and hand basin and mirror, tiled throughout it is very light and fresh - there is a separate WC in hallway.This is a completely equipped kitchen - with full facilities, oven, hob, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker and kettle and full quality cooking utensils. This really is a well equipped kitchen - there is a door onto balcony, table and 2 chairs.The apartment is very well presented, with parquet floors and tiles throughout, there is air conditioning in livingroom and bedroom and double glazed.
Apartment ideally situated for both the beach and the town centre. Apartment was clean with modern furniture. Air conditioning was a bonus. We used the railway 20 mins walk away at Nice Ville every day to visit other resorts (Monaco etc.). We would definitely book this apartment again.
The apartment size and condition was absolutely first rate. The furnishings and the bed where extremely comfortable and real value for money. The location was unbelievable given it was 20 metres to the Pedestrian Area with a multitude of restaurants, cafes and pubs and the beach was 100 metres in the other direction (you could see the ocean from the balcony). It was also a very short walk to the Old Town and the main shopping areas of Nice (5 mins walk). I couldn't have asked for more. I thought it was the best value for money apartment on my 6 week European Tour through out Portugal, Spain, France and Dubai. Now I am sounding like the owner of it(I am not but it was really good). Forget the apartments overlooking the beach this was much cheaper minus the noise.
Rue Massenet is a great central location - between the Pedestrian zone and 50 meters to the beach front/promenade des Anglais - easy access to all restaurants and shops and a non-through road - so very quiet and secure - basically the perfect location for a base.
