This 4th floor apartment (with lift) is bright and furnished to a high quality - with leather sofa and separate arm chair - with nice furniture and ornaments - there is flat screen TV and Sky Satelite (BBC, ITV and sky news etc) DVD player and large selection of DVD's there is a wooden coffee table and Wifi/internet access.The double glazed double patio doors open up onto a very nice balcony/terrace with is approx 8 m2 and faces south - with dining table and 4 chairs and 2 comfy reclining chairs.A high quality king size double bed - with bedside lights and good storage cupboards. There is air-conditioning in bedroom.There is a quality marble bathroom - with bath and shower attachment and hand basin.The kitchen is well equipped - with oven, 2 plate hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, kettle and full cooking utensils, there is a breakfast table and 2 chairs.There is air conditioning in bedroom which is sufficient to cool bedroom and livingroom as needed, the apartment is in a secure building in quality location and very secure - with double glazing throughout.This is an ideal base for couple - very bright and secure and great central location.
Cleaning and linen charge:
To offer a high standard presentation of apartment - There is an additional 100 euro payment which covers your end-of-stay cleaning and fresh professionally laundered, high quality linens and towels.
Also included is a welcome pack with good quality bottle of bio Rose wine, orange juice, water and biscuits and also a small sample of L'occitane toiletries.
This is paid at the end of your stay in cash full details are provided on booking. This an additional to the rental price shown on the right of screen.
This apartment comes with linens and towels for 2 persons.

Key pick up at the airport was fine, the welcome pack was well presented and informative, directions to the apartment were clear and made finding the apartment easy. The apartment was ideal for our needs during our stay, near to all amenities, the beach was only a 5 min walk, bus stop outside, restaurants / shops all nearby. Street noise was a little noticeable, but it is in a city. We would recommend this apartment and will return.
Le Consulate is in a great location, best in Nice, close to everything, good supermarkets/bakery a three minute walk away, lovely park right beside. We found the apartment extremely clean with lovely fluffy white towels and a selection of L'Occitane toiletries and a welcome basket of tea, coffee, crackers, bottle of rosé etc.
Plenty of wardrobe space, great balcony to sit out on, good selection of dvds and a TV with UK channels.
Only thing we missed was a proper coffee table - would have come in handy. The booking process, key collection and directions to the apartment were fully explained in detail. Also, there was a folder with details of how to work everything in the apartment which was appreciated.
We visited Monaco, Villefranche and Antibes but looked forward to returning to our cosy apartment each evening.
This apartment is located in a very prestigious area of Nice (between the Pedestrian zone and Rue Victor Hugo), approx 300 meters to the beach and Promenade des Anglais and less than 10 mins stroll to the old town.
