On entering this very spacious apartment you have a large open entrance hall area - the apartment is very fresh (being completely redecorated throughout) and with new furniture - the entrance hall has acouple of chairs and display table - the large living room has 2 sofas - a triple sofa/bed and a double sofa - there is a coffee table and a large flat screen TV/DVD player and French Satelite TV (with english news channels) there is a 6 person dining table and 6 chairs - from the livingroom is double full length window/door opening onto large south facing balcony - the balcony has lovely views over the garden and sea view.The apartment has 2 very comfortable bedrooms at the rear of apartment (very quiet) the masterbedroom has a quality kingsize bed - bedside cupboards and computer/writing desk (with ADSL/Wifi access) The 2nd twin bedroom has 2 very comfy single beds - bedside table and storage cupboards - both bedrooms have air conditioning.The bathroom has full bath and stand in shower, bidet and wash basin - there is a separate WC.The kitchen is fully equipped - with oven, hob, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge freezer and full utensils and there is also a small breakfast table in kitchen.The apartment is quiet and south facing and very comfortable - there is air conditioning throughout - this is a perfect base for family or group.
Cleaning and linen charge:
To offer a high standard presentation of apartment - There is an additional 120 euro payment which covers your end-of-stay cleaning and fresh professionally laundered, high quality linens and towels.
Also included is a welcome pack with good quality bottle of bio Rose wine, orange juice, water and biscuits and also a small sample of L'occitane toiletries.
This is paid at the end of your stay in cash full details are provided on booking. This an additional to the rental price shown on the right of screen.
This apartment comes with linens and towels and beds made-up accordingly for 4 persons.

Sofabed: If you require use of sofa-bed linens and towels (for an additional 1 or 2 persons) 40 euro
Baby cot: a fold-up baby cot and linens can be added to apartment: 30 euro

Lovely spacious apartment for 4 people with small balcony giving views of the sea. Great location with easy access to bus and train network. Quiet and comfortable with welcome box always a nice gesture. Pick up of keys at airport is also great and efficient service. All in all we had a great stay with our daughters.
Great location, a block from Promenade des Anglais. Lots of restaurants and cafés around. Grocery store just a block or so away. The apartment was clean, well maintained. The description was accurate. The terrace was great. We had a couple of issues that needed attention, the owner/manager was able to help us.
We could have used an extra set of keys, two sets were not enough for 5 adults.
Appartement absolument magnifique conforme aux photos . Tres bien situé, bien desservi pour les transports. Résidence très calme . Facilité pour récupérer les clés à l aéroport . Tout etait vraiment tres bien . Parfait pour des familles . Nous recommandons vivement.
Nous avons passé une très agréable semaine dans ce magnifique appartement à deux pas de la mer.
Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le balcon ensoleillé avec vue sur la mer et le jardin, sans le bruit de la Promenade des Anglais. Cet appartement de 3 pièces (2 chambres) était parfait pour nous et notre fils de 19 ans : chambres et séjour spacieux, grande entrée, lits très confortables, beaucoup de placards et de meubles pour ranger toutes ses affaires, cuisine bien équipée. Commerces et nombreux restaurants à proximité. Arrêt de bus devant la porte côté Promenade avec, entre autres, un bus direct vers l'aéroport. La vielle ville est à env. 15-20 minutes à pied. Organisation très efficace et bon contact avec le gérant pour toutes nos questions.
Seul (petit) bémol : il faut aller chercher les clés au terminal 2 de l'aéroport en arrivant, ce qui est un peu pénible si on arrive au terminal 1. Il y a bien une navette gratuite, mais quand on arrive tard le soir et peut-être après plusieurs heures de vol, on aimerait pouvoir récupérer les clés tout de suite et aller à l'appartement.
Sinon, tout a été parfait et nous reviendrons très certainement.
The Building Le Capitol Garden is a prestigious building with direct access to promenade des Anglais, The building is a "U" shape with private gardens in centre and facing south catching the sun throughout the day - locally there are many local shops and supermarkets and resturants, the walk along promenade to old town/pedestrian zone is approx 10/15 minutes.
