Our 58-sq.m flat, newly renovated in May 2015 (4* rating by the tourist Office), is located within 200 meters distance from the lake and the Imperial palace with his Congres Center and close to the old town center (15 minutes walk ).

It is equipped for four persons. The flat is sunny and quiet with a balcony south west on the third and upper floor of a small building without a lift. There is a private parking.

Two bikes are at disposal for the renters.

Linnen and towels are included in the price.

Optional cleaning fees: 50 euros.

The living room features a 4-seater table as well as a leather sofa set with two armchairs. A 102-cm TV with a BluRay player and a box for international channels, a stereo system with a DVD player, tuner, Bluetooth, and MP3 connection via USB. The flat has Wi-Fi.

Aside from books, the bookcase has information on the area and board games.

The contemporary kitchen is well equipped with induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, a fridge with freezer compartment, Nespresso coffee machine as well as filter coffee machine, toaster, etc. There is and rubbish chute.

The functional bathroom has two washbasins, a washer-dryer, and a heated towel rail. The comfortable shower has a rain and a regular showerhead.

You can find an iron, an ironing board, and a hair dryer.

The first bedroom has a large 140 x 190-cm bed with new, comfortable bedding. There is a large wardrobe, a small desk, and an armchair.

The second bedroom has two single 90 x 200-cm beds that joined make a large double 180-cm bed.

Close to the flat there is a shopping area with a bakery, catering butchers, supermarket, cheese seller (all open Sunday morning), chocolatier, pharmacy, a hair dresser, and banks, as well as many bars and restaurants.

Charles Bosson Park on the Imperial Peninsula has games for children, an aviary, and stunning surrounding trees.

You can choose between two beaches (250 metres away),

The Imperial Beach (Moon Beach) with all its summer leisure activities with entrance fees or the free Annecy le Vieux Beach.

They are all secured.

The cycle lane nearly in front of the flat goes all around the lake (40km).

Bus route 1 stops a few meters from the flat. You can use it to reach the train station in 10 minutes.

On request, we offer two adult bikes free, as well as a small cot and a high chair. Please feel free to ask us if you have particular requests.

Miscellaneous: you can rent for long stays. This is a non-smoking rental. No pets allowed. There is no disabled access.

A very pleasant & functional two-bedroom apartment well located in Annecy, suitable for four people

We stayed in this apartment for 11 nights from 28 May until 8 June 2017 and greatly enjoyed it. The apartment is pleasant and is as advertised.

We liked its location about 15 – 20 minutes walk beside the lake from the old town in Annecy, which means the restaurants and shops are readily accessible. And while there was some road noise at night if we had the windows open, its location away from most of the hustle and bustle of the town itself was excellent. It needs to be mentioned that, as is stated by the owners, it is on the third floor without a lift which may be of concern to some but was not to us.

The owners warmly welcomed us on our arrival and showed us how all the appliances operated. The kitchen is well equipped and well supplied not only with all the tools you would expect but also with many essential herbs and other ingredients for cooking not often found in rental apartments.

It is a good size for a two-bedroom apartment in this price range with natural light on two sides and, in addition to the items advertised, had a baby cot and high chair that we really appreciated when our daughter and grandson came to spend a night with us. The apartment is modern and clean and the bathroom and toilet have nice fittings and are attractively tiled. The television is a good size and has many channels including a number of English speaking stations. The washing machine works very well too.

While a designated parking space was not provided, we were always able to find a place in the compound on the many occasions we ventured out.

In short it is a very pleasant and functional two-bedroom apartment suitable for two or four people. And its location near to but outside the old town makes driving in the area easy and provided ready access to this delightful region of France.

As we have already noted, we greatly enjoyed our stay and hope to be able to stay there again on our next visit.

Fantastic apartment

We have just returned from a two week stay in this beautiful apartment. The apartment is exactly as it appears in the photos, beautifully decorated, light and airy. It is the best equipped apartment I have ever stayed in, Francisca and Luc really have thought to provide everything, for us travelling by plane, it was especially convenient not to have to pack towels and beach towels. There was two bikes available for use (including a child carrier on one) this was a fantastic bonus and we used them most days. Our two year old loved travelling on the back! The location of this apartment was fantastic, less than 5 minutes walk from the lake and about 15 minutes in to the town. We preferred being close to the swimming area of the lake and away from the noise of the town, so the location was fantastic for us. Avenue du France is a busy road, but the positioning of the apartment means that you don’t hear traffic noise unless you have the windows wide open. Also there is a large tree outside the living room and bedroom which shades the apartment from the intense mid day sun (which we appreciated as we were there during a bit of a heatwave.) This is our second trip to Annecy and for future visits we wouldn’t even bother looking at any other apartments, this one can’t be beaten!

Excellent property

the apartment was as advertised. Clean, comfortable, well furnished, conveniently located: less than 5 minutes walk from the lake. Luc and Francisca are excellent hosts. they met us on arrival and explained everything we needed to know.

Annecy is a beautiful city but very busy in August, therefore some noise at night from the street (which is inevitable if you stay anywhere in the town).

Awesome location and wonderful hosts!

We just stayed at the apartment for three months and it was great for our needs. The location is excellent as it is very close to Lake Annecy, Albigny Beach, and several good restaurants, bars, and bakeries. The inside of the apartment is designed very well, super-clean, looks brand new, and has everything we could have needed, even with our lengthy stay. Best of all, Luc and Francisca are wonderful hosts. They were always interested in us having our best possible stay in Annecy.

The apartment is well furnished and also well stocked with just about anything one would need. There is also a nice basement to keep bikes, strollers, etc, so we didn't have to take those up and down the stairs every time.

I highly recommend this apartment for a stay in Annecy!

Wonderful family stay

The apartment was brilliantly located close to the swimming beaches and promenade in Annecy, a pleasant 15min walk to the town. We had a rental car and spent time exploring the villages and mountains around the lake. The apartment was perfect for us, our 18month old son and his grand mother. The owners were able to provide a cot and highchair which made our stay much easier. The only downside is the steps up to the 3rd floor for the appartment. It didn't bother us but we often planned activities for the whole day, leaving swimming stuff in the car for the afternoon to avoid the trip back up half way through the day. All in all fabulous and well stocked apartment in a great spot!
