Peacefully set in a large garden and equipped for 6 people (100 m²)

The gateway to Britain, the house, located in a large garden and equipped for 6 persons welcomes you. Your pets are welcome if they are clean and well behaved. You will be close to the historical center of Vitre, hiking trails, the nautical base of Haute Vilaine, on the banks of the river, the 18 hole golf course and not far from major tourist attractions of the region.

The house was built in 2015 to the current energy saving standards. It is ergonomic and perfectly isolated.

The shutters are electric, the frames are high quality PVC, with double glazing.

The interior and exterior paint are new as is the whole house (bathroom, kitchen, taps, shower, wash stands, tiled floors and wooden floors, ...)

The house is located close to the historic center of Vitre. It is built in a housing development, made up of individual houses surrounded by a large garden (2600 m²). It is served by a private street, closed by a remote controlled electric gate and has, itself, a private garden (316 sqm).

The main shopping (hypermarket, food shops, bookstores and newsagents, tobacco and electronic cigarettes, computer troubleshooting, pharmacy, etc ...) are nearby (one to two kilometers).

Glazed walled city of the Marches of Brittany, offers the amenities of the city, the charm of a historic city and the calm of the countryside. The house is on two levels: a ground garden, topped by a floor. It has four rooms including three bedrooms (two double bedrooms and a bedroom with two bunk beds). The sleeping possibilities and furnishings are provided for six people.

A garage is available, as well as an outdoor parking space within the grounds of the property.

On the garden, it has an entrance, a living room with integrated kitchen, a master suite (bedroom and bathroom with walk-in shower) and separate WC.

On the first floor there are two bedrooms, a hallway, separate WC and a bathroom with bathtub.

It is located in a park of 2600 m² and has a private garden with trees, with an area of ​​316 m².

Occupants have access, in season, to a private, non-chlorinated swimming pool, of good size (11.40 m X 4.50 m). This pool, covered and heated from May 1 to October 30, is shared with the occupants of the house next door. It has the safety standards currently in force (electric shutters and secure shelter with a lockable). Its use by minors, is the responsibility of parents. Of course, pets are not allowed in the pool.

The floors are tiled in the entry, living room, kitchen part, toilet and shower and bath. They are parquet in the bedrooms and the release of the first floor. The walls and ceilings are painted white.

The master suite on the ground floor has a window facing north east. It has a double bed (140 x 190) with box spring and mattress quality bultex, a dresser, two nightstands, two teak chairs and a closet. It is extended by a bathroom with walk-in shower, vanity unit with drawers and mirror, and a towel radiator.

The two bedrooms on the 1st floor gives the North West, for most West and South, for the other. They are respectively equipped with:

- A double bed (140 x 190) with box spring and mattress Bultex, a dresser, two nightstands, two wicker chairs,

- Two bunk beds (90 X 190), a wardrobe and two bedside tables with drawers.

The first floor of the bathroom is equipped with bathtub, vanity with drawers and mirror, and a towel radiator. It has a high window with opaque glass (display at the North West)

The living room has a bay window opening (facing south west) overlooking the terrace and garden. It is furnished with:

- Leather sofa, two matching armchairs and a coffee table,

- buffet,

- TV,

- 6 wooden chairs, mulched,

- Wooden table that seats eight guests,

- Small support unit.

The kitchen, integrated in the living room, also has an opening picture window (facing south east) overlooking the terrace. It is equipped with a work area with stainless steel sink and bench, cupboards, a ceramic plate vitro, oven, a host, a microwave oven, etc. ...

Six pillows (60 X 60), two quilts and two 140 X 200 X 200 200 quilts are provided. Each bed is further equipped with a drawsheet. Renters must bring their own bed linen (duvet covers, pillow cases ...) and towels (towels, bathrobes, ...)

Heating is provided by wall electric heaters ceramic (thermostatic) bonded to an energy manager.

The garden, enclosed by a fence (about a meter high) on both sides and a hedge plant, is turfed and planted with trees. A door at the back gives access to the pool. The occupants of the house have direct access, usually from May 1 to October 30.

In addition, a tiled terrace surrounds the living room and kitchen. It has outdoor furniture (sofas, chairs, table) and barbecue for lunch or dinner outside.

Chambre avec lits superposés non adaptée aux adultes-adolescents (échelle-matelas)

Mobilier désuet dans la salle à manger, ménage à améliorer. Manque de transats.

Maison avec des beaux volumes, fonctionnelle. Piscine sur place agréable ainsi que son jardin et sa terrasse. Quartier calme, proche du centre-ville à pieds.

Sejour tres agreable

Nous ne connaissions pas bien la region et sommes vraiment agreablement surpris. Ville avec toutes les commodités et beaucoup de commercants, les proprietaires sont tres serviables, agreables, nous envisageons meme de revenir hors saison.

Piscine agreable, bien chauffée et securisee pour les enfants, tres belle terasse (grace aux arbres, nous avons pu avoir de l ombre d un cote ou l autre de la terasse et manger a chaque repas dehors).

Maison tres agreable et bien entretenue.

Une "petite" remarque : Vitré n'est plus un "petit village" mais une ville moyenne de 20 000 habitants où on trouve toutes les ressources d'une ville plus importante tout en conservant le calme d'un village. En outre, c'est, bien entendu, stimulant pour maintenir et améliorer la qualité de l'accueil et du séjour aux "Trois Bouleaux". Vitré et sa région, où nous vivons toute l'année ou presque, est une partie méconnue de la Bretagne. Pourtant, elle ne manque pas d'attraits, tant par la beauté de ses sites naturels, la richesse de son patrimoine historique que par les nombreuses activités que l'on peut pratiquer. C'est un plaisir de partager tout cela.

Des vacances de rêves

Nous avons passé mon mari nos 4 enfants et moi meme des vacances de rêves pas une seule fois les enfants se sont ennuyés !!! La piscine juste magnifique et bienvenue avec le super temps que nous avons eu. Très proche de superbes destinations comme Saint Malo le Mont Saint Michel Fougeres etc... Sans oublier la ville de Vitre cité médiévale qui vaut le détour. La maison est très fonctionnelle et la piscine très sécurisée. Notre interlocutrice à l agence très à l écoute et les propriétaires d une gentillesse incroyable qui répondent à nos questions rapidement et en détails. Bref des vacances inoubliables que nous n avions pas eu depuis très très longtemps et nous partons tous les ans. N hésitez pas vous ne serez pas déçu ! Et pourtant nous sommes exigeants. Au plaisir d un prochain séjour dans cette belle région.

Le bonheur à un prix plus que raisonnable.

Nous avons fait un excellent sejour! La maison est superbe et fonctionnelle. Elle est également spacieuse, quand on part a 2 couples c'est l'ideal. La piscine est geniale, bien sécurisée . Mes enfants et moi avons pu vraiment bien en profiter, ce fut un regal. Et le cadre est très agréable avec de belles visites à faire (vitré centre, fougères...)! Un vrai bonheur et je n'hésiterais pas à revenir la prochaine fois! Le petit bonus, les proprietaires répondent rapidement aux emails et sont très prévenants et gentils.

Vitre is located in the Marche region of Haute-Bretagne. In 2008, the city celebrated its first thousand years of recorded history, although its past is much older.
