The echo of the bells from the nearby church of Binissalem, welcome you to this charming village house with a local façade and an inner inmense boasting character. Savoir faire & charme predominate each of STI rooms, Which combines a traditional structure-thought Carefully With modern furnishings and finishings. In Addition, itsa enchanting Carefully dig a terrace and garden of 70m2 Almost, are a finishing touch to this delightful townhouse, Where guests will enjoy an unforgettable stay.
The description of the house is accurate, (it has plenty of charm, space and comfort). However, some aspects were not as described, e.g. the dishwasher is broken and has not been replaced, the soft furnishings for the garden seating need replacing, the local church bells ring hourly throughout the night, (but can be drowned out if the fan is put on in the bedroom), the electrics can trip out if the kettle and oven are used at the same time, and overall, the property needs some redecorating and minor repairs made.
The location is pleasant with restaurants and shops close by, and best of all, the regular, and inexpensive train service to Palma is a short walk from the house.
We were pleased with the proximity to varied cycling and walking routes in the mountains, and the fantastic indoor pool at Inca (ten minutes by car). Great for pre-season triathlon training.
We would recommend the property to others, because, on the whole, it is good value and pleasant.
