About this property

The apartment is located at the bottom of a new villa, in a quiet residence 500m from the large Agosta beach (at the end of the restaurants, mini-market, tobacconist, ...), 10 minutes from the center of Porticcio (with its many restaurants, (small) shops, ...), and 20 minutes from the Napoleon Bonaparte airport in Ajaccio.

It is an F2 with a separate bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with a large Italian shower, and a large room with an equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, electric kettle, coffee maker, gas hobs, fridge with freezer compartment, ...), a lounge area with television, 3-seater sofa convertible into a 140 * 190 bed with a real mattress, and a dining area with a table for 4 people expandable to accommodate up to 8 people ...

Outside, we have a tiled terrace in front of the entrance door (12m²) and another not tiled in front of the bay window (to enjoy the sun or the shade depending on the time of day), a BBQ and a dining table for 4 people.

Rentals are from Saturday to Saturday, for a minimum stay of 7 nights, and we have a decreasing rate for long stays.

"Baby equipment" (baby bath, travel cot) can be provided.
We provide sheets.

Are you a fan of fishing on or under water, ballads at sea, diving, walks in the bush or even land hunting? We can show you the best places to enjoy your passion or even put you in contact with locals for a sea trip, or a hunting party (wild boar - in season)…

For your comfort, it is recommended to have a car during your stay in Corsica, public transport being quite limited ...
