This 2 bedroom apartment close to the new Residence Royal with nice views over the bay and the Cap d'Antibes is minutes walking from everything. This outstanding fifth floor (with elevator) fully renovated apartment of 60 square metres plus terrace - south oriented and overlooking the sandy Ponteil beach - is located in an elegant sea-front building and is finished to the highest specification (eg: last generation soundproof sliding glass doors). The fully equipped Italian kitchen has all the facilities you would expect, including induction hob, nespresso coffee machine, kettle, fridge/freezer, oven, microwave and dishwasher. The bathroom features a large Italian shower (1,40x0,80m) with handy tiled bench.

Beaches, old Antibes, museums, restaurants, supermarkets, shops etc are just minutes away. Excellent boulangerie and public parking at 150m.

Motor boat rental facilities on request.

What makes this apartment unique

This apartment is ideally situated to explore the old town of Antibes, the famous 'marché provençal' which takes place every morning and the Port Vauban, the largest marina in Europe, with a heliport within the port and some of the world's largest and most impressive yachts. A walk to the Picasso and the Peynet museums is recommended just like a visit to the absinthe museum and bar for some lively atmosphere in the evening. Juan les Pins is only a 20 min walk or 5 min by bus.

Nearby are many fascinating cities and villages including the Provencal villages of Valbonne and Mougins; the old medieval perched hilltop villages of Gourdon, Tourettes sur Loup and Biot, famed for its hand blown glass; Grasse, the capital of the perfume industry, home of the international fragrance houses & the International Perfumery Museum and St Paul de Vence, beautiful hilltop fortified village famous for its painters and ateliers.

Located 20 min by taxi from Nice Airport ; Antibes rail station is ten min walk away and gives access to the coastal rail links which allow you to cherry pick your favourite excursion destination - cultural Nice, chic Cannes, Monaco, the acquatic park Marineland - or across the Italian border for lunch.

Two other beaches ( plage de la Salis & plage de la Gravette) are just 5 minutes walk. The exclusive private Garoupe and Keller beaches on the Cap d'Antibes are either 20 min walk or 5 min by bus. A beautiful “tour du cap” trail has just re-opened recently.

Spectacular!

My teenage son and I travelled to the south of France together and stayed 5 nights in this wonderful apartment in Antibes. Our hosts were extremely accommodating and gracious offering to pick us up at the train station upon arrival and give us a local tour of Antibes. The communication was excellent and made for a very enjoyable experience. The location of the apartment was perfect for us. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the evenings and watching the lights reflecting over the ocean as the waves crashed into the rocks. It was a quiet, laid back area and only a ten minute walk to the train station which took us anywhere we wanted to go. The photos of the apartment don't do it justice. It's very spacious, spotlessly clean and modernized. Far more than we expected and we were spoiled when it was time to leave for Paris and our tiny apartment there. Absolutely no issues with the cash deposit, it was returned to us our last morning in Antibes. Old Town Antibes was our favorite part of our trip and we will definitely stay at this apartment again! A special thank you to our hosts who helped make our stay very special and easy.

Just Fabulous!!

Our party was four adults and this apartment was definitely one of our favourites ever and we have stayed in a lot over the years! It had absolutely everything you need, is immaculately clean and finished to an extremely high standard. Great balcony with lovely views! Lovely location and a wonderful week had by all! Would return in a heartbeat. Thank you to the friendly and helpful hosts also, couldn't ask for more.

A little gem!

We had such an amazing holiday in Antibes. The apartment was perfect. Spotlessly clean, comfortable and lots of little extras that made it feel like home for the week.

The view from the balcony of the beach was fantastic and a smaller balcony to the back made it easy to dry some clothes etc separately from there.

A quick ten min walk brought us into the old town with too many beautiful restaurants to choose from and a friendly welcoming atmosphere. The beach was just over the road and a few supermarkets and a beautiful bakery all in close proximity.

The owners live just next door and are a lovely couple. They even escorted us to the doctor when our baby took ill and took my husband sightseeing round the coast and snorkelling.

We will definitely be returning to this little gem!!!

Great apartment. Great location. Great hosts.

The apartment was beautifully furnished with lots of added extras including a Nespresso machine. It was in a great location (with a great view from the balcony) with the beaches, old town and marina all within easy walking distance. Should you feel like exploring further afield the bus and train stations are nearby.

The hosts were both helpful and a pleasure to deal with. Can't wait to return.

A beautiful quite apartment with a stunning view.

I spent close to two weeks in beautiful waterfront apartment. It was impeccably clean. The kitchen is well equipped if you are inclined to stay in and cook. The décor is fresh and clean. There is plenty of natural light. There are two balconies. One is set up with table and chairs with a beautiful view of sea. My husband and I enjoyed our breakfast on the terrace and in the evening it is a beautiful place to watch the close of the day. Our host could not be more gracious hosts. They live right next so if there is anything that you need they are right there. The building is quite and in great location. The apartment is exactly as described and would highly recommend it. We look forward to turning.
