The Prati area takes its name from ancient meadows surrounding the Château St. Angel. It is urbanized in the late nineteenth century when Rome became the capital. Today it is a residential and bourgeois district, complete with many restaurants and shops.
SANTAMAURA is located in a building from the 1940s. It is ideally placed close to Via Cola di Rienzo, where there are many shops. The entrance to the Vatican Museums is 150 meters from the apartment.
It is very well served by public transport (Metro line A and many bus lines - including the No. 23 has a nice route along the Tiber). Piazza del Popolo is a 30-minute walk.
2nd floor with elevator and an area of 86 m², SANTAMAURA is a spacious and cozy apartment. Carefully decorated and modern in style, it is cleverly landscaped to create more comfortable spaces.
One enters the apartment through the kitchen - living room (25,40 m² - east facing) with a window that overlooks the courtyard:
- The kitchen (1 window) is equipped with a complete kitchen utensils, gas hob, electric oven, fridge, dishwasher. 6 stools are installed around the main bar of the kitchen, serving dining table.
- The living area includes a sofa, a wooden bench, table, coffee table, a library, a TV with DVD player and a stereo
A corridor (2 m²) distributes the kitchen, the living room, the mezzanine bedrooms and the bathroom.
The living room (21,40 m ² South West exposure) has a window overlooking the street. It has a double sofa bed, 2 coffee tables, a dresser, a chair, a secretary and two chairs. A staircase leads to the first mezzanine bedroom.
Room 1 (9 m² - facing South West) is located on the mezzanine overlooking the living room (height 1.70 m ceiling). It has 2 single beds, a dresser and a shelf.
Bedroom 2 (13,20 m² - east facing), air conditioned, is also located on the mezzanine and has a window overlooking the courtyard. It is reached by a staircase from the hall. It is made in two areas:
- A sleeping area of 9 m² with a double bed and desk
- A wardrobe area of 4.20 m².
Access to the bathroom by a lobby of 9.80 m² (east, courtyard) with a wardrobe.
The bathroom (4.10 m² - east facing) has a small window overlooking the courtyard. It is equipped with a shower, sink, bidet and WC.
The storage room of 1.10 m² and includes a washing machine and vacuum cleaner.
