This superb 4-bedroom apartment offers an 85-sq.m living space and all the comforts. It has been renovated in 2014. It has a panoramic view of the sea and the bell tower of Collioure. There is a large balcony leading to the vast ocean. There are four bedrooms (beds: 160, 140 and two 90 cm) and a sofa bed (140 cm). Seating: There are two large sofas (one for three people and one for two), two relaxing armchairs, a bench, chairs (8), and two sun loungers. You will find electric roller shutters, VDSL2 Internet access, free Wi-Fi, a 32'' LED TV, a Senseo coffee maker, and private parking space in the garage. In summer, enjoy the crystal-clear waters of the two beaches located at the foot of the apartment building, easy reachable on foot. Come and discover Collioure, a jewel on the rocky coast, Port-Vendres, a typical Mediterranean harbour, and the surrounding nature blending the waters of the Mediterranean Sea and the rocks of the Pyrenees mountain range. In winter, relax in a heated and cosy apartment with unobstructed view of the sea.

The price is calculated per full week, from Saturday to Saturday.

The days of arrival and departure are free during the week, except on Sundays or public holidays when a supplement of 50 € will be added.

Beautiful views

25 minute walk to Collioure and 15 min walk to Port Vendress. Grocery store just 5 minute walk away. We loved our stay. Pascal, the manager, was very kind and helpful. My only complaint is I thought the 125 E extra charge for linens was excessive

Beautiful, immaculately clean, amazing views

A recently redecorated beautiful apartment that was spotlessly clean with amazing sea and Collioure views. No expense has been spared here, it has everything you need, even a teapot! The balconies were private and made you feel like you were sitting on the sea.its so light and airy too, we didn't want to leave. 2 small clean beaches a step away for swimming, sun bathing or sea glass collecting. Easy walk down into Collioure about 25 mins, but we found parking the car at the train station easy too.would recommend to everyone and hope we have a chance to go back.

Die Lage ist schlicht grandios und die Räume sind mit viel Liebe eingerichtet. An der Ausstattung gibt es nichts zu beanstanden. Der Service ist zuverlässig. Die Kommunikation per E-Mail und SMS funktioniert prompt und reibungslos - erfreulicherweise auf Englisch. Der lokale Verwalter ist ausgesprochen effizient. Ein nicht lösbares Problem - ein Defekt an der Spülmaschine, der nicht gleich behoben werden konnte, wurde ohne große Worte durch eine faire Reduktion des Mietpreises abgegolten. So wünscht man sich die Anmietung einer Ferienimmobilie.

Appartement confortable avec une vue magnifique sur la mer!

Idéalement situé face à la mer, cet appartement offre tout le confort et les équipements permettant de passer une agréable semaine même si le beau temps n'était pas vraiment au rendez-vous. De surcroit, il a été décoré avec gout. seul bemol : les chambres de l'étage sont mansardées et semblent convenir davantage aux enfants et/ou adultes mesurant moins d'1m70 (ce qui n'est pas notre cas :-).

Excellent séjour dans un appartement parfaitement équipé, décoré avec goût, vraiment au plus près de la mer la vue était fantastique depuis les 2 balcons, nous avons adoré.
