- Close to Arbois, city of history, culture and famous people including the home of Pastor giving worldwide fame to this city. Arbois is located elsewhere in a remarkable natural site of vineyards, forests, crossed by a river of 1st category "The Cuisance" which rises at the foot of the remote majestic boardwalk (caves boardwalk) and enjoys the ranking " Natura 2000 "

- And Salins les Bains, spa town classified in the most beautiful detours in France and recently you can discover the ancient salt also listed as World Heritage by UNESCO in 2009, and its salt museum and beautiful walks in the strong or even a high ropes activity

- Near Ornans, a city in the valley of the Loue and that inspired the painter Gustave Courbet (Courbet new museum that opened in 2011)

Very nice ... but

The owners were delightful. Although the house was very well equipped, smart and refreshingly cool in hot weather, it was disappointing that the only outside space was next to the road. A photo shows the owners' garden but this private space was unavailable to us. Relaxing, sunbathing and eating outside were all compromised, because of this. I would advise checking availability of canoe/kayak and bicycles because we didn't see any, only bicycles used daily by the owners. Certainly none were offered. Perhaps the difference in language was a barrier to us clarifying the situation.

Owner's Response: Nous vous remercions pour votre appréciation et tenons à apporter des précisions pour nos prochains locataires. Notre gîte se trouve côté cour, comme signalé sur le site. Il se trouve dans un village très calme ( moins de 100 habitants), où il y a peu de passage et où le repos est garanti. La satisfaction habituelle exprimée par les personnes résidant dans notre gîte évoque notamment cet élément dans leurs différents critères de satisfaction Vous pouvez la plupart du temps disposer aussi du jardin mais il se trouve que cette semaine ci nous étions nous mêmes en vacances dans notre maison familiale. Nous avons d'ailleurs le souci permanent de respecter le calme de l'environnement et l'intimité de nos locataires lorsque nous sommes présents. Il vous est possible de déjeuner côté cour où un salon de jardin avec parasol est à votre disposition. Vous pouvez effectivement faire des descentes de canoë/ kayak sur la rivière La Loue qui se trouve à moins de 5 km mais nous n'avons pas précisé que nous fournissons les canoë/ kayak car nous n'en possédons pas mais il est tout a faire possible d'en louer pour une descente à Val Nature, à Ounans, un village à proximité. La barrière de la langue a sans doute été un frein à la communication et à la compréhension des informations. Sylvie PAGET

This gite is perfect for two people. It is welcoming, cosy and tastefully furnished and It contains everything you could need. There is plenty to do in the area and the owners , Sylvie and Dominique, were most kind and welcoming.

location confortable , fonctionnelle et bien située

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cette belle location, qui se trouve à proximité de nombreuses visites et de belles balades. Le soleil et la chaleur ayant été au rendez-vous tout au long de cette semaine, nous avons même pu profiter de la Loue, de la Lison (baignade) et des magnifiques points de vues (du Mont Poupet, nous avons vu le Mont Blanc) que nous offre cette belle région.

Bestens eingerichtet

Die Unterkunft ist bestens eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Es mangelt an nichts.

Jetzt im Herbst fällt nicht mehr viel direkte Sonne in die Wohnung, sie ist aber auch in der Übergangszeit gut geheizt und sehr wohnlich.

Im Sommer liegt sie auf der kühleren Seite des Hauses ideal.

Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett und wir durften auch ihren Gartenplatz benutzen. Dort genossen wir die warmen Sonnenstrahlen am Abend beim Apéro.

In der Umgebung lassen sich zahlreiche Ausflüge unternehmen.

Ein ideales Feriendomizil für zwei Personen.

Belle location

Une belle location à deux pas des Salines d'Arc et Senans. Tout y est pour passer un bon séjour, c'est très bien équipé:TV, wifi, cafetière, bouilloire, il y a un lave vaisselle, un sèche cheveux est fourni, une machine à laver si besoin etc. Super accueil des propriétaires qui sont très prévenants ! Merci encore :-)

Schon der Kontakt zur Vermieterin im Vorfeld war sehr nett.

Die Ferienwohnung ist geschmack-/liebevoll eingerichtet, bei der Ausstattung wurde nichts vergessen.

Alles war super sauber.

Insgesamt ein toller Aufenthalt, ich würde jederzeit wieder die Wohnung anmieten.
