About this property

This property is a serene respite for you as you take in all the Springs and surrounding area have to offer. If you love to shop there are plenty of stores and restaurants within a 5 minute drive, including a grocery store and Costco. The backyard comes equipped with a grill, table and porch swing. Peek around the shade tree while on the porch swing to glimpse views of Pikes Peak and enjoy a view of Cheyenne Mountain from the yard.
There is plenty of room to stretch out in your living space as there is a spacious dining area, kitchenette , and lovely living room area. The kitchenette includes a deep sink, washer/dryer, microwave and toaster oven. There is one bedroom with a queen bed and another with a king size sleep number bed. The bath includes a beautiful tile shower. The overall feel here is one of peace.
The entrance to this walkout basement apartment is at the back of the house, accessed by steps leading down to your own private entry. There is an inviting park next door with amazing views of the front range and a gazebo. The children will enjoy the playground equipment in the park and the green grass to run and play in. Most Colorado Springs attractions, including the airport, are within a 20-30 minute drive. St. Francis hospital is just 10 minutes away.

Great Stay

My daughter and sister n law and I were in town for a memorial service. This was a very nice place to stay. It was very comfortable and spacious. We were happy we stayed there.

The apartment was perfect! It was clean, had all the necessities, and in a great neighborhood! It was pretty toddler-proof and was next to a great park! Would definitely recommend.

Perfect Parents Weekend

The property was exactly as described, which is very important. It was perfect for our family. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. The bedrooms were good sizes and plenty of room to spread out and to relax to watch TV or read etc or gather at the table for break/lunch or dinner. The location for us was great as we wanted easy access to USAFA but also downtown Co Springs. Finally the hosts were friendly, attentive and overall just really nice people. Would definitely recommend this property to stay and hope to rent again!

Perfect location

This location was the perfect size for myself, my husband and our 13yr old daughter. We had everything we needed for our week long stay. It was in the perfect location to everything and was clean and organized and very well taken care of. I loved having morning coffee on the porch swing and in the hot summer day, the A/C kept us cool. Perfect hosts and we enjoyed chatting when we ran into each other. Will certainly stay again!

Perfect!!

Comfortable, clean and very pleasant! Does have a few exterior steps but made for good exercise. The porch swing and garden area are very calming and welcoming.
