About Marion

Marion, stemmed from 6 generations of Catalans, all a part of my family lives in Vinça, village that I perfectly know as well as the area. I do not live here, but when I can, I come to recharge the batteries in this area still preserved. I was born and I live in Paris. I am 42 years old and I work in the international area. I speak 3 languages and I lived abroad. I am a citizen of the world, lover of authentic and old stones, those with soul.

Marion purchased this house in 2002

Why Marion chose Conflent

Stemmed from 6 generations of Catalans, all a part of my family lives in Vinça, village that I perfectly know as well as the area. I do not live here, but when I can, I come to recharge the batteries in this area still preserved. I was born and I live in Paris. My family stemmed from Vinça, passed on to me the love of this pretty village and its area.

What makes this house unique

I attach great importance to this house. It has a soul. More than 400 years of history, it will not let you indifferent because the entry is surprising. I want to share this experience. The view of the bell tower, the view over the roofs, its particular location: 3 min away from the church, and all shops of the village, few minutes away from activities of the village, so you can do everything by foot! This house is atypical (the stone and the wood speak for themselves), welcoming, and comfortable. I personally took care to the comfort and the equipment (quality mattress, new household appliances, air-conditioned floor, central heating, bespoke fireplace). You will feel good here at any moment of the year because there is all comfort.

  • 5 of 5

  • 5 of 5

Grande maison catalane conviviale a Vinca

  • 5 of 5
