This is a very modern, stylish apartment, refurbished to a high standard in neutral tones with bold splashes of colour, solid oak flooring and stunning lighting features.
Set on the ground and 1st floors of a 6-storey building, the flat has it's own separate entrance. It has been refurbished to a high standard throughout and equipped with all modern conveniences and a fabulous home cinema system.
The apartment can accommodate up to 13 people and the sleeping arrangements are:
- Bedroom 1, double bed (up to 2 guests)
- Bedroom 2, double+single bunk bed (up to 3 guests)
- Bedroom 3, double bed (up to 2 guests)
- Bedroom 4, double bed plus chair bed (up to 3 guests)
- Lounge, two sofa beds (up to 4 guests)
The master bedroom has an en-suite shower room with shower and basin.
The main bathroom has a bath (with overhead shower), basin and toilet. A shower TV adds a touch of luxury.
There is also a separate WC on the ground floor.
The lounge is smart and spacious with a large sofa bed and a home cinema system with built-in projector, surround sound, Sony PS3 and an online library of 5,000 films - great for keeping the kids entertained or for a quiet night in after a hard day hitting the tourist trail. WiFi and wired broadband are also provided.
The kitchen is open plan to the Lounge and is fully equipped with a full range of appliances and includes cutlery and crockery.
There is also a lovely decked patio garden with a built-in barbecue, seating and table - perfect for al fresco dining.

We had a great stay. Well furnished flat with a lot of rooms/beds. Near a lot of pubs.
We stayed there the weekend of 27th Nov 2015. This was a very last minute booking as we had been let down by another property in the area. We were treated and communicated with very well through emails upon enquiring and going on to book.
We were booking for 8 people, (4 couples) which is hard to find at such last minute. Raquib was very helpful and ensure the booking process went smooth.
We met with Saiful upon arrival. I'm sure you would struggle to find a warmer greeting than what greeted us. He was very informative and put us at ease straight away. As soon as we jumped off the tube, I told Saiful we were inbound. Without question or hesitation he agreed to meet us at the apartment straight away (he actually beat us there)
The apartment from the outside admittedly doesn't look too appealing, but please persist because what greets you inside is a lovely warm and very modern apartment.
The lounge is like an Aladdin's cave of modern technology, topped off by the amazing projector screen and lovely touch of the mood lighting and star gazing lights.
There is a downstairs bedroom which is big enough for grown adults, and 3 bedrooms upstairs, two of which are really well sized and one that is a pod room, but sufficient for adults for a weekend. The bathroom is a high standard like the rest of the house. The apartment totally lives up to what you need for a weekend or week.
We were left with Tea, Milk and coffee and plenty of condiments including the stuff you wouldn't necessarily bring with you ( dishwasher tabs, cooking oil, etc) And of course the apartment was very clean and tidy upon arrival.
It is located 10 mins away from the tube, and 5 mins away from some nice bars and pubs. There are shops 30 seconds away for beer, food, snacks.
A very useful feature of the location is its closeness to the Boris Bikes. These are literally on your door step and an amazing way of seeing London.
Another BONUS was our friends who travelled in cars had free parking for the weekend after 18:30 Friday. This makes is very easy to get to as its outside the Congestion Zone, and saves having to worry about parking if you decide to drive.
Overall we used the apartment for what you would on a weekend city break, sleeping, eating and chilling and would definitely recommend it!
Great flat, super welcome from the hosts - they always go through everything with us to explain the amazing features of the flat. This is the second year we book and it definitely won't be the last!
Per la cerimonia di laurea di nostro figlio siamo arrivati a Londra in 14 parenti. Abbiamo alloggiato presso l'appartamento (con ingresso indipendente e cortile interno) di Mr. Raquib e lo abbiamo trovato molto confortevole, adatto per un così gran numero di ospiti. Innanzitutto Mr. Raquib è una persona molto cordiale e disponibile: ci ha accolto con grande cortesia. L'abitazione, sita di fronte ad una caratteristica Chiesa inglese, si trova vicino Old Street Station, la zona è tranquilla ed il traffico quasi inesistente. Abbiamo trovato biancheria pulita così come l'abitazione, recentemente ristrutturata e spaziosa per lo standard inglese. Molto originale l'illuminazione di ogni stanza, che crea allegria, con tutto il confort necessario. Siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti del soggiorno in Old Street.
the apartment was very beautiful and confortable. we were nine persons and we stay there very well. Raquib very kind.
The location is ok, you are near the tube stop, supermarket and bus station.
We enjoy a lot.
Great location in Shore ditch with it's extensive nightlife and restaurants catering to all tastes and budgets. Close to the City of London financial district, the 'Silicon Roundabout' media hub around Old Street. Only half a mile from Old Street Station with it's train lines, tube lines and bus routes across London.

Bookings including a Friday or Saturday night should be for a minimum of 3 nights unless otherwise agreed.
Check-in is normally 2:30 - 6pm, though check-out outside those hours can be arranged. Check-in during unsocial hours (after 7:30pm) will incur a small charge of £25.
Check-out is normally 9 - 11am, although this is flexible.
You will need to provide a copy of your Passport/Government issued ID card/Photo driving licence or other official photo ID when you check in.
We kindly request that you remove shoes while in the apartment. The floors will all be vacuumed and mopped before you arrive.
