PORTITXOL INN is a nice and cozy apartment of 90 sqm located near the beach and in a luxurious and modern with Palma de Mallorca.

Great location: only 10 minutes from Palma airport, 5 min from Palma de Mallorca and Bus stop 50 meters from the house.

BAY Portitxol The building has only one height which houses 5 apartments only. It has 2 double bedrooms, bathroom shower, kitchen and living room with sofa bed, small balcony and large terrace of 35 m² with exclusive table, chairs, loungers and BBQ.

The building has a private entrance to the street with a key and has Air Conditioning cold and heat, satellite TV, direct internet access, WiFi, Safe Box and all the basic accessories kitchen and laundry. bed linen and towels.

Communication of the house with any point of the island by bus / train is very comfortable, easy, frequent and cheap. Car not needed. We will help you discover the magic of Portitxol.

Rent as a Temporary Residential Rental Agreement according to LAU 29/1994 Art. 3.2. This is not a tourist product. No tourist services offered.

Perfect position, really relaxing

The apartment was exactly as described, spotlessly clean and really well equipped. We stayed for a week but could easily have stayed much longer. Only a short taxi ride from the airport it is perfectly positioned to take advantage of the relaxed atmosphere of Portixol with the beach, bars and promonade only 2 minutes walk away. The supermarket is only a short stroll away too so everything is close at hand.

The terrace was ideal for relaxing away and, if you had younger children, really safe and secure. Miquel was the perfect host and ensured we had a trouble free stay.

We would recommend the apartment to anyone looking for a relaxed stay in the sun.

Perfect Apartment

We stayed 3 weeks in this wonderful apartment and we are so satisfied. The apartment was exactly as it was described in the advertisement. Very nice and clean and well equipped. The apartment is perfectly locaded close to Palma and the airport. The Beach, resturants and supermarked are just around the corner.

Miquel, the owner is a perfect host. Always helpful, available and do everything to make guests feel good.

We can strongly recommend the apartment and Portixol to all who wants a perfect holiday in the sun.

Tolle Wohnung in Traumlage

Wir haben in dieser sehr schönen und gepflegten Wohnung einen sehr erholsamen Urlaub genossen. Die Wohnung entspricht 100% allen Beschreibungen und liegt für sämtliche Aktivitäten ob zu Fuß, Auto oder Fahrrad einfach ideal. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Strand in unmittelbarer Nähe - Palma-Stadt bequem in kurzem Strandspaziergang oder mit dem Bus zu erreichen. Ruhige Gegend mit speziellem mallorquinischen Charme. Der Vermieter Miquel ist jederzeit ansprechbar und hilft unkompliziert bei allen Fragen oder Problemen. Bei 2-wöchigem Aufenthalt komplette Wohnungsreinigung und Wäschewechsel inclusive - super!!!! Miquel, wir danken dir ganz herzlich für deine Bemühungen und kommen sicherlich bald wieder!!

Trés bon séjour

L' appartement est trés fonctionnel, assez bien équipé et idéalement placé à moins de 5 mn des commerces, des bus et du port très agréable même si la plage est relativement sale. Nous avons apprécié le changement des serviettes et des draps au milieu de notre séjour. Miquel est très accueillant et disponible. Le dernier jour, nous avons pu laisser nos valises dans un local jusqu'à notre vol.! En revanche, la terrasse manque d'intimité et nous n'avons pas pu en profiter autant que nous aurions aimé.

1A Ferienwohnung

Wir meine 2 Söhne (16 und 2,5 Jahre) hatten, nicht zuletzt dank dieser wirklich erstklassigen Unterkunft, einen erholsamen Urlaub!

Einzelheiten haben die bereits abgegebenen Bewertungen aufgeführt. Wir können diese nur Bestätigen!

Miguel der Vermieter (war uns bereits von einem Voraufenthalt in einer anderen - ebenfalls erstklassigen Wohnung im gleichen Gebäude als freundlich, zuverlässig, hilfsbereit und seriös bekannt) konnten wir mangels Beanstandungen nicht in Anspruch nehmen.

Das Haus liegt wenige Meter vom Meer entfernt (ruhige Nebenstraße) in unmittelbarer Nähe zum kleinen Hafen PortItxol. Hier finden sich u.a. zahlreiche Cafe-Restaurants (incl. "Enco" - zu empfehlen).

Wir werden beim nächsten Mallorca Aufenthalt sicher wieder bei Miguel mieten...

SUPER APARTMENT!MODERN, ZENTRAL GELEGEN,STRANDNAH

Wir verbrachten zu viert (17 und 18 Jahre alt) eine Woche in dieser super schönen und modernen Wohnung! Die Wohnung und die Umgebung sehen nicht nur auf den Fotos ansprechend aus, die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig, ideal für einen entspannten Urlaub. Der Supermarkt ist ca 2 min zu Fuß zu erreichen. Zudem liegt die Wohnung auch nicht weit entfernt von der Hauptstadt Palma, ca 30-40 min zu Fuß an einem wunderschönen Strand entlang. Auch das Meer ist direkt an der Wohnung gelegen. Wer einen entspannten Urlaub möchte mit wenigen Touristen, einem wirklich sauberen Apartment und einem super netten und hilfsbereiten Vermieter ist hier genau richtig! WIr werden bestimmt wieder kommen!!

A beautiful and modern Apartment with sea views, located in the upmarket area of Portitxol.

It´s a quiet Apartment, 50 metres from the beach and the promenade. The Walk connects Palma de Mallorca to Playa de Palma along 15 miles where each day many people enjoy strolling along.

A few metres away, you can sunbathe and swim at the beach walk, jog, cycle or just sit at one of the wonderful cafes watching the sea life and eating in different restaurants in the area.

Palma, the capital of the Island, is situated only 1 mile from the house. The second oldest gothic Cathedral in the world, the Bellver Castle and the Old Town are a must a few minutes from home.

The Bus Stop is 50 metres away. Only 10 min. by car or bus is the famous Playa de Palma -3 miles of sandy beach- with its wide range of pubs, night clubs and discos.
