About the property

House 150m2, 4 bedrooms, Garden 600m2, rental fortnight in priority

Family house of 150m2 located in a very quiet residential area, overlooking fields; swimming pool and garden without opposite.

It consists of a large living room with kitchen opening onto a dining room.

You can then go to the lounge in a nice piece cathedral decorated with a large library and a large television screen. (Included with the TV: Canal + bouquet, internet WIFI)

On this same level is a bedroom with a double bed and private terrace.

On the other side you will find 3 bedrooms, a large bathroom with corner bath and shower.

The living room, dining room and bedrooms 2 and 3 overlook the terrace with swimming pool (7 x 4) with windows or doors. Beautiful southern exposure with beautiful vegetation, trees to enjoy a natural shade (great Mélia and a large Eucalyptus).

Pool security: bar tarp.

The garden extends to an apricot-plum tree, a fig tree and a swing and a sandbox for the Children! (Organic fruit, apricots and figs in July in August!)

The house also has a large square fenced parking.

At disposal: garage / storeroom with a freezer, a washing machine, and a tumble dryer.

For your convenience you can enjoy a bike with a basket, many books for all ages as well as games and toys.

At 10m from the house is a bowling green.

Nearby: Within walking distance (5 minutes) at the lower Rhône canal with paths conducive to ballads, access still walk (10 minutes) to a large shady fitness trail.

For shopping, sightseeing, theater ..: downtown Montpellier and Nimes 13mn to 25mn by train or by car.

Beaches: 15 minutes La Grande-Motte, Carnon 20mn, 25mn Grau du Roi

Sommières: 10mn, Camargue and Aigues-Mortes: 15mn, Arles 45mn, Avignon 1h 50mn Sète

A Lunel even you have all the amenities: supermarkets, cinema, library etc ..

Enjoy the Halles and markets featuring local produce, and in July the festival of the city you will discover the events around local traditions honoring bulls and Camargue horses. Also discover all summer in the surrounding villages.

Nearby you can discover historic sites (Oppidum Ambrussum and museum located 10 minutes from the house, a little further: remains of Nimes, Arles and the Pont du Gard to the Gallo-Romans); favorable sites for sports activities (mountain biking from the house, canoe and Tree 10mn, 10mn Paintball, Kiteboarding 20mn, 15mn sailing, hiking in the Garrigue 10 minutes, Climbing and Via Ferrata 10mn, Golf 10mn).

To relax, besides the beaches, access to water parks small and large thalassotherapy center and 15 minutes.

Beautiful house with big pool.

It was really great holiday. Beatiful, big house with clean, huge pool. Quiet neighbourhood and close to wonderful beaches. I would really recommend that house for perfect holiday.
