This good size apartment is on a very popular well established urbanization just 500 meters from the beach on the other side of the A7/N340 at Torre Real, Marbella. The urbanization itself is mainly large very well kept gardens with many tropical palms and lots of varieties of pretty flowers and shrubs. The apartment is on the ground floor and the lounge terraces lead directly out into the communal gardens with the view of the sea beyond. There are two beautiful swimming pools and two tennis courts plus two further padel tennis courts (A cross between tennis and squash) available for your use. There is also a purpose built barbeque house which provides a purpose built barbeque area with kitchen etc which you can book and use freely for your party. If the beach is for you, you can easily cross the bridge and walk to the beach within 5 minutes. From here you can walk to the ever trendy and popular Nikki beach or to Funny beach within a further 7 minutes walk. Both of these beaches offer many water sports including jet skis and bananas boat rides for hire. You have got as well the famous bar-restaurant called "El Trocadero". If you prefer not to park outside the front of the apartment, there is one secure underground parking space that come with the apartment and are accessed via a flight of stairs and is a lockable communal garage. The apartment offers three bedrooms and two fully fitted bathrooms with full air conditioning and has all amenities that you may require. The lounge is huge and has three different comfortable seating areas plus a dining table for six people. There are three bedrooms, one has two double beds, there is a kingsize in the master bedroom plus two singles in the third room. The two bathrooms both have bath with shower, bidet, sink and toilet. (ADSL internet is available).

This apartment can also be rented for winter rentals of several months.

Marbella just 5 min walk to Nikki and Funny Beach. The apartment is located in Torre Real which is half way between Nikki beach and Funny beach 4 KM just outside Marbella town in the direction of Malaga on the N7/N340 coastal road. The urbanisation is built in the traditionally Spanish way paying care and attention to many garden features and facilities, compared to the modern building methods which have been adopted in the modern day. It is very easy to walk to the beach from this apartment. There is ample space for the children to play in the gardens. The tennis and swimming activities are also very easily accessed. Once on the urbanisation, there are no main roads for children to cross to use these facilities.

Please note: It is necessary to book the tennis courts and BBQ area when you arrive.

When sitting directly outside the apartment it is possible to hear some road noise but not much. There is no noise in the apartment at all nor in the main gardens.
