Freshly arranged and decorated, we offer for rent our apartment located a few meters from the beautiful Lake Annecy.

It is rated 3 stars (official national classification Dwelling - May 2016).

In a quiet and picturesque area within 200 m from Lake Annecy, enjoy the beach and its great diving, stroll and admire the boats in the port, and enjoy the water sports center of activities.

The cycle track, secure and flat, allows you to lovely walks along the lake and beautiful scenery.

The quiet area of ​​the Old Church, away from road noise between Annecy and Albertville, is close to the center of Saint-Jorioz that offers all the services: supermarket, bakery, pharmacy, tourist office, hairdressers, banks, etc ...

The apartment has 2 balconies and a large terrace (16 m²) with side lake view. Enjoy relaxing moments watching the lake and its surrounding mountains.

Inside, 1 bedroom with balcony, 1 living room with balcony (sofa bed very comfortable), 1 living / kitchen (access to the terrace), 1 bathroom (shower, washbasin, washing machine), 1 toilet ( separate!).

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor in a small charming residence fully restored. Guests have a registered place of outside parking at the foot of the residence.

In the garage, 2 adult bicycles are left at your disposal. You can also store your own bikes, bike carrier, roof box, etc.

Optionally, we offer the linen hire (sheets, towels, etc ..) as well as baby accessories (bed, booster).

great well equipped apartment close to the lake in a quiet area

The apartment was a great base for exploring the nearby beach and sailing club in a a quiet area. The children were safe to cycle themselves as the cycle paths are all nearby and the roads were quiet. Well equipped kitchen and lovely sunny balconies from each room and a large roof terrace. Comfy beds and great to have access to the garage and bikes.

Kurzurlaub in Saint Jorioz

Die Wohnung ist günstig gelegen, ruhig, aber dennoch erreicht man den See in wenigen Gehminuten.

Sie ist gemütlich eingerichtet und mit allem, was eine Ferienwohnung braucht, ausgestattet.

Leider hatten wir kein gutes Wetter, so dass wir die Terrassen nicht nutzen konnten.

Wir würden die Wohnung jedoch nicht mehr buchen, da wir uns von den vielen Regeln ( seitenweise ) und Vorschriften total gestresst gefühlt haben. Auch wurde eine sehr hohe Kaution verlangt ( höher als der eigentliche Mietpreis), die wir auch 2 1/2 Wochen nach Abreise und nachfragen noch nicht zurück erhalten haben. Daher bleibt der Aufenthalt in unguter Erinnerung und hat uns die letzten Urlaubstage verhagelt.

Owner's Response: Wie schade! Ja, schade, seinen Aufenthalt zu bereuen nur Angst, denn am Ende haben Sie die Wohnung geschätzt und Sie haben Ihre Anzahlung zurückgewonnen. Es ist vertraglich innerhalb von 1 Monat für Rückerstattung geplant. Sie waren 100% Geld zurück innerhalb von 10 Tagen. Sie können diese Zeit ein wenig lang finden aber leider ist die Freizügigkeit der Menschen in Europa gelten nicht für Geld. Es dauert immer ein wenig Zeit, um die verschiedenen Schritte für einen Transfer ins Ausland auszuführen. Leider so, wenn es Sie traurig. Hinweis: Die Höhe der Kaution ist nicht auf die Höhe der Miete bezogen. Die Kaution ist geplant, in die Wohnung verursacht möglichen Schäden zu decken. Wie Sie angeben, wird es gut ausgestattet, ist die Anzahlung daher proportional. Ich spreche kein Deutsch, so dieser Text vorbereitet wurde eine automatische Übersetzer verwenden. Ich hoffe, das Ergebnis ist verständlich.

Tout le confort disponible.

Commerces à 5 minutes en voiture (carrefour market et lidl) pour faire les courses et produit régionaux (Tomme et Savoie) et italien.

Propriétaire accueillante et serviable.

Piste cyclable permettant d'un accès jusqu'à Annecy.

Belle appartement avec une grande terrasse, le lac n'est à quelques minutes à pieds.

Belle agencement et décoration soigné dans une immeuble rénové. Une douche plus grande serais une bonne idée !
