Both bedrooms have double beds with duvets and pure cotton bedding, and benefit from fitted wardrobes and drawer storage. One bedroom has en-suite facilities with a shower cubicle. Each has a hair dryer with convenient mirror. There is a separate bathroom with a thermostatic shower over the bath.
The lounge is bright and spacious with a bay window. It has leather sofas and is equipped with a flat screen TV and Blu Ray/DVD/Audio player. The bookcase has some DVDs, CD's, books and games for your enjoyment as well as tourist information. Unlimited free WiFi is provided. Please note that the apartment is for non-smoking guests only and is not suitable for children.
There is a fully equipped dining/kitchen which comfortably seats four adults. The equipment includes a gas hob and electric fan oven with grill, fridge, microwave oven, and a washer/dryer. The kitchen is well supplied with cookware should you wish to prepare more than breakfast.
A full central heating system provides heating and a plentiful supply of hot water. In addition, the lounge has a fireplace with electric fire.
The apartment is very centrally situated and a car is not necessary to enjoy all of Edinburgh's attractions. However, if you are travelling by car, there is free parking adjacent to the apartment by way of a parking permit, available on arrival.
The lift provides easy transport of your luggage to the apartment on the first floor.
