Our 3 bedroom apartment is ideally situated on the small and tranquil development of Golden Beach in the El Arenal area of Javea. The main sandy beach at El Arenal is less than a 5-minute stroll away as are numerous shops bars and restaurants.

The apartment overlooks a large pool and garden area with palm trees and tropical bushes. A superb spot for soaking up the sun and relaxing in the areas of natural shade.

We have furnished this apartment to a high standard. It has a main bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a further bathroom that includes a shower cubicle. The spacious lounge opens onto the balcony as does the main bedroom. All rooms have ceiling fans and the apartment has the benefit of air conditioning, to ensure that it offers superb value and all the essentials for a relaxing and sun filled holiday in Javea. The apartment is on a secure complex and a basement parking space is included in the rental. We also have the benefit of a full English and Sky TV package and wifi is included in the rental.

Javea.: Javea is situated in the north of Alicante province, between Cabo San Antonio and Cabo La Nao. This popular resort is often referred to as the jewel in the crown of the Costa Blanca and it is easy to see why. Javea has a relaxing and typically Spanish atmosphere with many contrasting features from the historic old town to the port and beach areas with their variety of restaurants and bars.The old fishing port is full of character and together with the marina is one of the main tourist areas of the town.

The popular sandy Arenal beach is in a sheltered bay. It has a long, attractive promenade and there are many shops and boutiques selling a wide range of quality goods, beachwear and accessories.

The Arenal area has many excellent bars and restaurants to suit every taste, serving most European cuisines. At night the bars come to life, offering a good mix of music and entertainment.

Areas of interest and tourist attractions.: About 30 minutes drive away is Benidorm, with many spectacular attractions including the Aqualandia water theme park, the Mundomar dolphin water park and Terra Mitica - the new theme park boasting some of the largest rides in Europe.

20 minutes drive over the Montgo headland brings you to the delightful cosmopolitan town of Denia. Rich in history and culture, its streets are a fascinating showcase of architecture through the ages. Its buildings are a permanent monument to the civilisations that have made their mark here. The focal point is the impressive 16th century castle. The beautiful historic village of Guadalest set in the mountains is a place not to be missed by the visitor along with the 'Waterfalls of Algar', other nearby towns include Moraira, Calpe, Benissa, Teulada.

Nearby golf courses.: The closest golf courses are Club de Golf Javea with 9 holes, Club de Golf Ifach Moraira also with 9 holes. Approximately 12 km away is the larger Club de Golf La Sella in Denia with 18 holes and a further 10km is the Seve Ballesteros Club de Golf Oliva again with 18 holes.

Why Lynne Cross. chose Platja de l'Arenal

We visited Javea for holidays over twenty years ago and when a chance came to purchase a luxury apartment close to the beach and restaurants we couldn't resist. The apartment is also close enough to the Port for us to stroll there in a morning, along the sea front, for coffee. We use the apartment on a regular basis but also rent it out when we are not using it. It is our home in Spain and the facilities we provide are to the standard we require when we visit.

What makes this apartment unique

The main thing that attracted us to this apartment, as opposed to others in the complex, is that the large balcony overlooks the garden and pool. It also gets the sun in the afternoon and into the evening making it a lovely secluded spot for reading or sleeping and still getting a tan! The balcony is especially beneficial in the non summer months and for eating out all year round..

We have Wifi and a full English and Sky TV package and also a DVD player with an assortment of films. Linen and towels are included but beach towels are not. Cleaning of the apartment at the end of the rental period is included in the rent. We would prefer non-smoking but would request that smokers who want to rent should smoke on the balcony only. Wheel chair access from the basement garage via the lift.

First class accomadation

This property was fantastic and would 100% recommend to anyone. Its very clean and spacious with a great view of the pool. We could sit on the balcony and talk to the kids when they were in the water.

Its only a short 5 min walk to the main sandy beach with all the bars restaurants, there was also secure underground parking which was good as the street its on gets busy during the day.

All in all its perfect for a trip to Javea and the next time I'm looking for an apartment in the area I'll be trying to book this one.

Lovely gardens & pool, beautifully maintained & clean. Spacious well appointed apartment.

Comfortable apartment & good view over the pool & gardens. Only 5 mins walk to Arenal beach, bars & restaurants. 5 mins walk to large supermarket. It felt very safe & secure, you need keys to access the gardens & pool area, & to access the apartment blocks. Arenal beach is lovely, sandy with a wide selection of bars & restaurants behind. We had a great holiday & would highly recommend!

Superb apartment in an ideal location

The apartment was very clean and provided all that was required for a very enjoyable holiday. We particularly liked the fact the balcony overlooked the pool and gardens and had sun throughout the afternoon into early evening.

The new HD television and games for the kids were appreciated on the one wet day!

We loved the closeness of the lovely beach ( 3 minute stroll) and all the restaurants. We particularly liked Acqua, Atalaya and Pepas. In the town we would recommend Casa de la Pasta. There are also lovely restaurants and cafes at the port which is a half hour walk along the coast road.

We would certainly recommend this apartment and area to friends and hope to come back ourselves in the near future.

Perfect accomodation in a perfect location

What a lovely Apartment, very well appointed and plenty of room for 6 of us to stay.

Facilities were great and everything was spotlessly clean. On site amenities including the pool were very good as was the location for the town and the beech. Great selection of restaurants and bars within easy walking distance catering for all age groups. Local staff also checked that we were happy during our stay which was really nice.

Will definitely recommend to friends and can't wait to return soon.

Lovely apartment in a perfect location.

The apartment overlooks the pool and gardens and the balcony gets the

sun in the afternoon and evening which was perfect for relaxing after

the beach or sightseeing. The lovely beach and promenade area with

lots of restaurants is only 5 minutes walk from the apartment. We

also walked along the coast road to the port which has nice cafes and


At the beach area I would recommend Acqua, La Boheme, Pepa Pizza,

Lungo Mare and Carnival for eating. They are all very good and

excellent value. There are also two very good tapas restaurants.

I would definitely recommend both Javea and the apartment to friends

and family and we will be returning again.

The appartment was really close to a clean, sandy beach, There was lots of choice for restaurants, bars and ice-creams. In the evenings there was a nice local market selling all kinds of gifts. And this was all in walking distance from the appartment.

The appartment itself was secure, clean and the pool was really good to cool off in when it got too hot.

All in all a brilliant stay, I would definitly reccommend it to everyone for some fun in the sun!!

Javea is ideally situated for the perfect holiday. If you want a relaxing holiday in the sun there are numerous Blue Flag beaches within easy reach. El Arenal, with its magnificent beach and palm tree lined promenade is less than a 5-minute stroll away from our apartment. Here you will find safe swimming and activities for children of all ages. There are numerous good restaurants and bars along the promenade catering for all tastes. The main town and port area of Javea is within walking distance or less than five minutes by car.

The nearest international airports are Alicante and Valencia. Both are approximately 70 minutes by car using the A7 motorway.
