Bathrooms: Two Complete with a hairdryer (the Suite).

Kitchen: With Washing Machine and Dishwasher, Refrigerator, Induction hob, extractor, oven, microwave, Thermo-accumulator 100L, Toaster, Coffee Maker, Wand, Kettle, Iron and Iron and all Cookware necessary. Crockery and cutlery included as well Material Cleaning (includes cleaner).

Balcony: With Hanger, Storage space and table with 4 chairs.

Pool: Common swimming pool located on the 10th floor (elevator up to the 9th floor).

Booking and Rental Conditions:

Extremely well presented and clean. All facilities you would need for S/C and in a great location

We had a lovely stay in the first 2 weeks of Dec 17. We were collected from airport by the brothers who helped us into the apt with our luggage and showed us how to use everything. There was plenty there so could just take a small bag as washing machine and iron available. Also decent hairdryer which is often a rarity! We bought the basics (washing up liquid, loo rolls etc...) but dish cloths provided so you don't need to take much if you are looking to self cater. It is often cheaper to eat out anyway. Spar supermarket at top of road is quite expensive for a big shop but there is Lidl and Aldi 20 min walk away. supermarkets Continental inside the Albufeira shopping centre (past Brisa Sol hotel...5 minutes if you get a day pass on the toy train at top of escalator and you want to have a look around or go to the Strip) Ticket Shop above Spar offers good days out across the Algarve. We have done most over the years and recommend Historical Algarve for culture and Jeep Safari for the fun factor (not dangerous..it's a huge monster truck!). Tour guide Johnny "be good" is a cracking guy if you are lucky enough to get him.

Back to the apartment, we had a problem with the iron and the brothers came within 5 mins & delivered a new one within the couple of hours. Nothing is too much trouble and they are always at hand if you need help with anything which is reassuring if you are new to travel or staying on your own. They also left lovely presents of Portguese sweets and some fizz. Definitely would stay in one of their apartments again and have already recommended to my brother's family. They have a young son but key pad door and blinds are so secure. There is a pool on the roof which was shut for winter but would have been brilliant to use in the summer.

I would recommend this apartment for a short or longer break. It is very well priced for its standard and location ( we do research a lot and stay in Portugal apts fairly frequently so this comment is based on own experience). Countless restaurants and bars. Can recommend Craig singing in Sir Harry's bar in the square Tue and Thu. The Geordie bar up hill from the Taj indian also off the square run by delightful Carlos and family and lovely, friendly little place with lots of ex pats. Not lairy and football shown. Restaurants too several to mention but some with sea views near Sol e Mar hotel by the tunnel. Urban Pizza by taxi rank great for take away (apartment has dvd player)!

All in all a great time.

What a great find. The apartment is brilliant, everything is new and clean and a pleasure. The location is ideal in that it is right in the middle of the old town and within walking distance of the beaches and the nightlife, perfect. The two brothers who own the apartment are really friendly and both are very helpful and catered for all of our needs. We will be back. Phillip . Wales.

Excellent refurb done on this property and ideal location in the Old Town

We had a very relaxing week in Albufeira and enjoyed some excellent food and much needed sunshine. On arrival at Faro Airport the 2 Brothers were waiting for us, as agreed, and took care of getting us to the apartment with minimal fuss. They are both lovely guys and made us feel at home from the minute we met them. The apartment is exactly as appears in the images on Home Away, and although is in an older apartment block in the Old Town, and has been refurbished to an excellent standard. The keypad door entry is programmed to the code of your choice before you are left to your own devices to negate the need for a key to get into the property. Inside the flat has all the amenities you'd need from a holiday apartment including a filter coffee machine, cable TV, DVD and stereo. There is a swimming pool on the 10th floor of the apartment block, which is accessible by lift. Not only can you have a swim there but there's an outstanding view of Albufeira from up there.

The only minor negatives are that some more towels might have been a good idea as 2 hand towels and 2 bath towels are provided. But you could always wash them I suppose. And the pillows were a bit on the hard side. Apart from hand soap in the bathroom you'll need to buy anything else you need in the apartment but there is a Lidl and Aldi 10 mins walk away. The location is excellent, less than 5 mins walk from the Old Town main square and this is a great base for exploring the town and surrounding areas. We did not bother hiring a car and could walk to most places we chose to visit. The balcony in the apartment was a good spot to sit and watch the world go past, with a nice glass of Portuguese wine. In the evening it can be noisy as the surrounding restaurants usually have entertainment. But if sleep is required simply close the apartment shutters and you won't hear much at all from the bedroom.

All in all we'd definitely recommend a stay at the Two Brothers' apartment, due to the price and ease of arranging your airport transfers with them. They were always very quick to respond to any queries we had.

Stunning apartment and location

On arrival at Faro we were met by Guilherme as promised and had a lovely drive to the apartment. The apartment is exactly as the photos, clean and very well maintained. Entrance to apartment is via a security key pad which was very safe. Roof top pool was a plus as we didnt want to go to the beach every day and there was always a lovely breeze up there. We only had 1 query while we were there and Guilherme and Luis were with us within 10 mins and query sorted within 5 mins:). I would definitely recommend this apartment to friends and family even though I'd rather keep it our secret!. Location is perfect, again 5 mins walk to the beach at Sol E Mar or the Fishermans beach. Plenty of shops and restaurants all around, adequate supermarket at entrance to apartment block and an ATM. We would recommend the Venezia restaurant at the Fishermans beach (bottom of escalators) and also restaurant which is on a back street walking towards the square called O Veleiro. Location and apartment were so perfect we have booked again for next year:)

Excellent apartment c / 70m2 and 2 W. C. (Accessibility to Disabled). It has a common pool located on the 10th floor (elevator to the 9th floor) which runs from 1 June to 30 September. This modern apartment is located in the historic center of Albufeira in full Av. Da Liberdade. The location is one of the strengths of this apartment is right in the center of the heart of this magnificent city, and the Praia dos Pescadores and Peneco just over 200 meters and all kinds of facilities around the corner without having to use the car for nothing. The right choice for those who like to be close to everything without leaving the same area, in particular, night and beach fun. You can also enjoy great restaurants, terraces, bars, plus a huge variety of services. The proximity to the beach and all the services that the city offers you such as water parks and the famous ZooMarine are an asset for those who want to spend a pleasant and relaxed holiday.
