Wonderful views of the Moraira coastline and Calpe’s famous Ifach, make this apartment with private pool truly a magical destination. Located with easy access to Moraira and Benissa and all they have to offer with beautiful beaches and a huge choice of restaurants, bars and clubs. Comfortably furnished apartment easily sleeps 6 with 3 bedrooms. This holiday apartment benefits from 2 bathrooms, open plan living , dining area and kitchen. Outside the apartment is spacious with a large private terrace and sun bathing area. The pool is surrounded by the views over the town and out to sea and the panorama can be taken in from the summer kitchen adjacent to the pool terrace where you will definitely spend most of your time. Off road parking is available to guests. There is ample seating for diners inside and out with a large brick BBQ, parasols provide plenty of shade around the pool and the covered summer kitchen is spacious well equipped and is ideal for al fresco dining. All the bedrooms are on one level and are naturally cooled from the mountain side bedrock into which they have been built. The main open plan living room / diner / kitchen is a spacious comfortable central area to the apartment. The kitchen is modern and is well equipped, in the living room there is plenty of comfy seating throughout and satellite TV and DVD. This apartment is a peaceful high quality get away with amazing views from the poolside and the terrace.

Moraira is a magical beachside town just a short distance south of Javea on the coast of the northern Costa Blanca, approximately a 30 minute drive from Benidorm to the south. Moraira was a thriving fishing village but over time it has changed into a high end holiday destination, somehow it manages to cater perfectly to the tourism industry, with high end luxury villas and apartments whilst retaining much of the charm which has long attracted visitors and ex-pat residents.

Moraira is blessed with a wide selection of stylish cafés within its pleasant streets For authentic Spanish dishes why not visit Las Gaviotas in the square opposite the church. The main fish restaurants are located on the front overlooking the small port and fish market (La Lonja) where fish auctions take place every morning at 10am except Sundays. Well worth seeing.

Très belle location avec une vue dégagée sur la mer

Nous avons passé d excellentes vacances dans cette villa très bien équipée. La maison dispose de plusieurs terrasses avec une vue dégagée sur la mer et même le Peñon de Ifach. La cuisine d été est très appréciable. Les grands draps de bain pour la piscine sont un petit plus. La piscine est entretenue de nombreuses fois durant le séjour. Il est en plus très facile de circuler en voiture même au mois d'août et la plage de La Fustera est magnifique. Je recommande vivement cette location qui se trouve dans un lotissement très très bien entretenu et où on se sent en sécurité.

La description faite par la propriétaire correspond bien à ce que l'on découvre en arrivant avec une vue vraiment magnifique étant donné que la maison est sur les hauteurs de Benissa.

De plus je tenais à préciser la rapidité du remboursement de la caution.

Je recommande donc vivement cette location.

There is plenty for the kids to do if they get bored with the swimming pool and beaches. Less than 20 minutes away there are many attractions for all ages including ‘Terra Natura’ animal park, ‘Mundomar’ an animal water park, ‘Aqualandia’ a themed water park and ‘Terra Mitica’ a huge fun park, boasting some of the largest rides in Europe.

Golf

The Costa Blanca has many renowned golf courses of which 5 are less than half an hours drive away. Javea itself has 2 – the internationally renowned 27 – hole course at La Sella which is a 25 minute drive away, and a local 9-hole course which is more difficult than it looks and has superb views of the ‘landmark’ Montgo mountain. There are further 9-hole courses at Moraira and Altea and the 18-hole Seve Ballesteros designed course at Oliva Nova Golf Club.

There are also very good courses at Benidorm, Valencia and Alicante, in particular the famous 18-hole championship links course at El Saler, for those who don’t mind an hour or so drive before the round.
