The location is fantastic
Really confortable apartment; quiet and light in a building with porter and lift
This is a wonderful area in which to stay, a neighborhood close to the historic center and other interesting parts of Rome so that you can choose to walk or use the tram and/or buses to get around. The apartment is clean, nicely updated, and very livable, with the open-air market, playground and many amenities within just a few blocks. We would definitely recommend selection of this apartment to all!
This comfortable apartment is a perfect place for travelers who like to shop, cook, walk everywhere and feel part of a lively neighborhood. We loved the open air market a block away. The bedroom was quiet, dark, comfortable and ideal for recovering from jet lag. The staff helped with transportation challenges -- and went over-and-beyond with advice.
We were in Rome in October when it was unseasonably warm & were delighted to find that the air-conditioning worked perfectly. All the appliances were also top-notch including a small combo washer-dryer that was a big help. Shower was great with lots of hot water & good pressure.
The location is in the heart of Trastevere which made for great walking (& great dining!) & public transportation was close and accessible.
Two minor caveats: The coffee-maker was really only for one (2 if you liked strong espresso) & the owner should invest in a larger one or for my money and American style "Mr. Coffee." The second item is that the apartment is right over a rather popular bar which had a decent size clientele late into the night on Friday & Saturday. My wife & I put pillows over our head & slept fine but others who are very light sleepers might have a problem.
All in all -- a great place; I'd give it 4 1/2 stars if I could.
Very enjoyable stay in this clean, large and comfortable apt in fun neighborhood. Area a bit noisy in evening at times. Would recommend to others. Manager arranged transfer from airport was nice. Giorgio greeted us at apt and was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. You can tell he loves his beautiful city which is refreshing! Customer service was awesome. Nice location. Enjoyed our stay!
Our stay at the Trastevere Apt was very enjoyable. It was safe, clean and comfortable. Giorgio greeted us and he was an amazing host. Went out of his way to help us learn about the apt and the area. You can tell he loves his beautiful city of Rome! The apt. was well maintained and I would recommend it to others. The slight negative was the restaurant below which was a little loud at times.
We were very pleased with this apartment in Trastevere. The building of 19-20th century with guardian, high ceilings, wooden floor and the view on the street from both rooms. The apartment was very comfortable, enough space for us as a family with small child. What was really splendid is the location! Trastevere is the best place to stay: relatively quite, close to the center though over the river, green (there are several parks and the botanical garden) and you can find food just round the corner (small market is open every morning, pizza, pasta makers to take away/cook at home). The only one minus point was the noisy street, but it is Rome! And if you close the windows you do not hear much. I would definately recommend this place.

This apartment is located in the heart of Trastevere, Rome's bohemian ‘hot-spot’ for pubs, trattorias, pizzerias, galleries, and boutiques.
In the evening, Trastevere ‘clothes’ itself for the night and becomes a lively focal point for both old and young alike: it boasts many excellent traditional, Roman restaurants, offering charming, ‘al-fresco’ dining, as well as numerous bars, pubs and gelaterias for those who wish to just ‘sink’ into the atmosphere.
If you just cross over the river Tiber, you could find yourself in Piazza Navona with Bernini's masterpiece - The Fountain of the Four Rivers - and be surrounded by beautiful terracotta buildings among which is Borromini's Church St. Agnese.
If you continue your stroll for a couple of minutes more, you will find yourself at the Pantheon – ‘The Temple of the Gods’. From here you are ideally positioned to continue on to Piazza di Spagna and Via Condotti where you can purchase luxury goods from the best Italian designer stores and boutiques.
Saint Peter’s is only a 15 minute walk from your door.
It is here you can visit one of the world's most famous and spectacular museums: The Vatican Museum with Michelangelo's Frescos in the Sistine Chapel.
