We offer our travelers a space of 70 sqm completely renovated to accommodate 2 to 4 people or

(1 couple with one or 2 children). It is composed: A big modern living room. A very well equipped kitchen.

Two bright and spacious bedrooms. A bathroom tub shower. Separate WC.The all comfort.

We have everything necessary to accommodate small children cot, bath, baby chair, etc.

The apartment is: no smoking and no access for the disabled.

PARKING We have for our customers a parking

Clean, well equipped and fantastic location just seconds from the cafes and restaurants of St Malo.

Great place to stay St Malo has everything you need. The apartment is just minutes from the beaches and seconds from the shops etc. Large apartment with everything you need, very comfy beds and fantastic wind down shutters that get rid of all light and noise making a lie in easy! Can’t wait to go again.

A spacious apartment having everything we needed.

We really enjoyed staying at Patricia’s and Renato’s apartment in old St Malo. The apartment is well maintained and really does have everything you need. Our host were kind enough to provide milk, juice, butter, jam and some other items making it that much easier for us, not having to rush out and buy breakfast items from the local convenience store.

There are plenty of good cafes and bars very close by.

We used St malo as a base to travel around the region and it served us very well in this regard.

Patricia is an excellent host being extremely helpful. Thank you Patricia.

Excelent apartment and location

We stayed in this apartment in St. Malo for four days. The apartment is exactly as pictured and we had everything that we needed for our stay. Patricia was very welcoming and provided us with excellent information about the walled city. Restaurants, shops, groceries, ATM, etc are all nearby or within a few minutes walk. I highly recommend it and hope to return someday.

Excellent accueil par la propriétaire

La propriété est en parfait état et dispose de tous les éléments utiles: draps, livres, jeux, fer...

Il y a même une trousse de secours ! On ne voit pas ce qui peut manquer.

Dommage que le parquet soit un peu bruyant

L'accueil par la propriétaire est très chaleureux. Elle est à l'écoute de nos demandes.

L'appartement est très bien situé

Lors de nos locations dans d'autres sites nous n'avions jamais trouvé cette qualité de service.

Tolle Lage, sehr schöne Wohnung

Hallo,

wir waren als vierköpfige Familie in Saint Malo.

Die Wohnung bietet alles, was man für den Urlaub braucht und wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Bilder geben alles genauso wieder, wie es ist.

Noch besser als die sehr schöne Wohnung ist die Lage. Man geht nur um die Ecke des Gebäudes und befindet sich quasi mitten im Zentrum von Saint Malo mit vielen schönen Gassen, die alles bieten, was man für einen schönen Aufenthalt benötigt. Restaurants, Geschäfte, Eisdielen usw.. Und zum Strand sind es ebenfalls höchstens fünf Gehminuten.

Da man in innerhalb der Festungsmauern wohnt und es dort nicht viele Parkmöglichkeiten gibt, war es sehr gut, dass zu der Wohnung ein Parkplatz gehört. Dieser kostet zwar extra, ist aber sein Geld wert. Er befindet sich ca. fünf Gehminuten von der Wohnung entfernt. Ein Tipp: Ihr könnt mit der Parkkarte, die ihr von der Vermieterin bekommt, IMMER in das Parkhaus fahren. Auch wenn das Schild "complet" aufleuchtet.

Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und die Kommunikation auf Englisch war problemlos.

Zusammenfassend: Die Wohnung und auch der Ort Saint Malo sind absolut empfehlenswert.

Appartement top, très propre, fonctionnel, un excellent accueil de la part de la propriétaire avec de nombreuses attentions et une grande disponibilité. L’emplacement est parfait et le parking mis à disposition est un argument de plus pour retenir cette location.
