Large walk out lower level guest suite in a new home near the ocean with mountain and Sechelt Inlet views. The suite is new with full kitchen facilities, 55 inch TV surrounded by 2 comfy leather couches, glass tabletop and 4 chairs and a desk complete the living area. A KING sized bed in large bedroom and a granite double sink vanity with tub and shower in bright bathroom. Insuite stacker washer and dryer. Telus Optik, Netflix, Crave and HBO. Private covered entrance area provides a restful seating space with beautiful mountain views. Off street parking spot with a slight gravel incline to the suite. New Weber BBQ, picnic basket, cooler, beach towels, yoga mats, games and puzzles are all available to make your stay more enjoyable!
Bike and kayak washing area next to parking spot! Check in is at 3 PM and check out is 11 AM.

Great Stay

Absolutely wonderful and great host. Only thing lacking is food storage as the kitchen has all the necessary and then some equipment. Close by Kinnikinnick Park has lovely hiking trails. Highly recommend. it. Cathy

I found this to be a spacious, well maintained and well equipped properly. We were very comfortable and it was nice that the owner let us check in early. Good area for walking. Enjoyed the view and the outdoor seating. My only concern was the path to the front door which seems to need some work. It would be unsuitable for people with mobility issues. Otherwise a great spot.

Great Accommodations

In a very quiet area, with a lovely view. Suite had everything in it you could possibly want. Brenda is very responsive to communication. The only constructive suggestion would be to pave or put stairs into the steep driveway to make accessing it easier for folks with mobility issues.
