The apartment in is located on the 5th floor (with elevator) of a secure and quiet residence. There are 2 terraces (facing south and east), with a garden living room for 4 people and views of the sea. Fully equipped independent kitchen (washing machine, dishwasher, oven, etc.) and 1 bedroom with a 140 bed (sleeps 2). Furthermore, there is a sofa bed in the living room (sleeps 2), reversible air conditioning, WiFi connection, 1 plasma TV, a DVD player, and so on.
