Pamper yourself and your family to luxury at 97 East Summersweet Lane, “Jewels”. This extravagant WaterColor home is complete with two living areas to enjoy quality time with your family. In the main living area, you will find a flat screen TV and a state of the art entertainment system consisting of Pandora, Netflix, Blu-Ray, and many more. Also, you find an exquisite full kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances along with an immaculate gas stove. A large family will fit just perfect in the dining room with seating for ten. Take a stroll down the hall to find a master suite fit for royalty. A large king bed awaits a peaceful nights rest after a long day at the beach. Take a long hot shower in the master bathroom featuring double vanities. Along the halls, you will also find a half bath, perfect for guest to use when they come visit.

Up the stairs, you will find three more luxurious bedrooms. The first bedroom is yet another master suite with a king bed. This master suite features a large bathroom with a walk-in shower and access to a covered balcony for a breath of fresh air. Down the hall, you will find another king suite and private full bathroom with a divine walk-in shower. The final bedroom is perfect for the kids. This room has a twin over twin bunkbeds with a TV and DVD player to watch their favorite movie while drifting away into a dream. The second living area is upstairs, also. Great House! Little far from beach.

The house was beautiful and the neighborhood was quiet and family friendly. Right across the street from a nice community pool, just down the street from groceries and shopping. and great for biking, running or walking. Grill is hooked up to gas line and very clean. Access to Watercolor Beachclub was wonderful. I would 100% recommend renting a golf cart. Without it, I’m afraid driving to and from beach would have been a pain. There is a parking garage right by the beachclub for carts. It is very convenient. If you do decide to drive, the parking passes that the host provides allow for parking around the club if you can find a spot. Bikes were included and like brand new. We would definitely recommend this property. It was very relaxing and made for a wonderful family vacation.

Beautiful House

Great location, shuttle to beach and pool was free and little to no wait. House was amazing and well furnished, nothing looked run down. You can tell the owners take pride in their home! Would stay here again.

Great for families

Location was great close by nearby pools and gulf ocean beaches. Adding a golf cart would be a nice bonus. Very clean and minor issues were addressed by property owner.
