The flat was great! Although it was another flight of stairs, the bedrooms being at the back suited us better. It was a really bright flat.



I will keep your details as it's likely we will need accommodation again for similar things.

Fabulous Flat AND Location

We are a family of four (2 adults and 2 teenage girls) who stayed for 6 nights in August 2015. Georgia contacted us almost immediately upon booking. She helped to make our transition seamless before we left home. When we arrived, George was exceptional in so much as booking our ride to the flat. Although we had a delay at Heathrow airport due to the volume of travelers reaching customs concurrently extending our processing time over an hour long...our driver patiently waited for our arrival and proceeded directly to the flat without further delay. The flat was clean and tidy...equipped with a fully stocked kitchen, several reference books for

novice travelers, and novels.

The neighborhood was quiet and charming, we felt very safe during the day and night. The best part, however was our proximity to attractions! We were only a 5 min. walk to Westfield mall, the largest mall in Europe! We were about 10 min. walk to the Shephard's Bush market! Tons of restaurants and shops in between as well as a park if you have young children. I have to also mention we were only a few min. walk from Morrison's grocery store, which was clean, offered a wide variety, for very reasonable prices. We stocked our fridge and pantry for the week with $50, enabling us to cook breakfast each morning and several dinners! What a cost saving move!

Finally, Georgia made communication with us upon our departure. She was very timely returning our full deposite...she wasted no time and this was very appreciated!

I highly recommend this property for its location, comfortable accommodation, wifi, TV, and excellent management staff. Thank you for a superb experience and helping us have a wonderful London vacation!

Convenient Location in quiet neighborhood

This was a very convenient location for two adult female friends travelling together. The two bedroom/two bath was a perfect setup. The kitchen was well appointed and the flat was clean and quiet. The underground and bus were an easy walk to the Shepherd's Bush Station. George arranged a driver to and from Heathrow which was a big help. I'd definitely recommend this flat.

Fantastic Family Flat

Our family of four (2 adults and 2 7-year-olds) stayed in this flat in June 2014. What a fantastic place for us to stay! The flat was clean and quiet, and there was plenty of room for all 4 of us to spread out. The shower had strong water pressure, and the kitchen was well-stocked with dishes and utensils. Probably my only complaint (and a minor one at that) was that when the large bed was zipped apart into separate twin beds, one of the beds had trouble staying put and rolled around pretty easily. But like I said, that's a pretty minor complaint overall.

The flat was within a 5 minute walk of the Shepherd's Bush tube station, along with a large Waitrose supermarket and the Westfield shopping mall (with many restaurants) right next to the station. There's also a great park and playground right by the tube station for anyone traveling with kids. The neighborhood felt very safe at all hours of day and night. Bonus: our first afternoon there, we saw a red fox lounging in the bushes behind the flat--it was wonderful!

Georgia was our leasing contact, and she went out of her way to give us excellent customer service. She emailed us great restaurant suggestions before we even left home, and she also arranged for a driver to take us to and from Heathrow.

We will be visiting England again in future years, and whenever we visit London, we'll definitely stay in this flat again. It was absolutely great!

The property is located in Sinclair Gardens West Kensington W14 a residential area of London close to Holland Park and Olympia. The location is serviced by 3 Underground Stations - Shepherds Bush (Central Line), Olympia (District Line) or Hammersmith (Piccadilly Line) which are all within easy access. There are also numerous buses to central London locations, such as Marble Arch, Oxford Street, High Street Kensington, South Kensington, Westminster, Victoria. The flats are within walking distance or a bus ride to Portobello Market and fashionable Holland Park.
