The quiet 25 minutes from Paris, ideal for visiting Paris and its region family.

Located in a quiet residential area sought in 5 'walk from the train station, shops, restaurants and banks of the Seine furnished and pedestrians. Close to major routes north west of the Paris region (A15, A16, A1, A86, Ile). Direct access (15 to 30 ') drive from the center of Paris St Germain forest, Auvers sur Oise, Versailles Vexin. Access from Paris by train (Gare St Lazare Paris) in 25 'every fifteen minutes.

Ideal for family 3 children. Enclosed garden, garage.

Small house on 2 levels. Ground floor: entrance, kitchen open to the living room, shower, toilet.

Upstairs 2 through-bedrooms, bathroom wc. Master bedroom: 2 beds 90x200 combined. Bedroom children 2 bunk beds 80x190, 1 extra bed 80x190. Cot.

Sleeping extra sofa bed in 150x200 salon. Basement laundry room. 400 m2 enclosed garden, garden furniture patio, barbecue. Gas central heating.

Cleaning 60 euros on request. Electricity, gas and water on actual consumption except 1 or 2 nights stay. Tourist tax offered.

Maximum: 6 adults, 1 pair, 1 child, 1 baby

IMPORTANT: It is not possible to organize an event in the house (meals, weddings, anniversaries etc ...). Not possible to accommodate people in addition to those announced when booking.
