On the first floor with views overlooking the yachts, and only steps away from Port Sóller’s varied selection of restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, boutiques, and the only sand beach on the north west coast, a car is not a requirement.
The stylishly decorated apartment comprises of one double bedroom situated to the rear of the building, a large living room with fold out bed and French window overlooking the marina, fully equipped kitchen, dining room to seat 6, bathroom with shower and adjoining utility area with washing machine and dryer.
Air conditioning is provided throughout. Many thoughtful touches are also included such as quality towels and linen, stylish soft furnishings, a hair dryer and a small welcome pack.
From the doorstep, you have the option to take the ferry to the not to be missed locations of Sa Calobra and Torrent de Pareis. On the beach windsurfers are available as are pedloes and kayaks. Surrounding the horse shoe bay is a wealth of easy and challenging hiking trails as well as rock climbing and from the Port quality mountain bikes and racing bicycles can be hired.
With so much to do and such an array of restaurants there is no reason to leave Port Sóller, however, a tram ride into Sóller town is a ‘must’. And if you wish to go further, from Sóller you can opt to take the antique train into the centre of Palma or taxis can be taken to explore the neighbouring coastal towns of Deia and Valldemossa or the pretty mountain village of Fornalutx.
I am Mallorquin and live locally in Soller. I have 5 properties in total that I furbish and let for holiday purposes. It is my intention that our guests feel at home, have everything they would expect when coming on holiday and like to add little touches to make our guests feel more welcome.
We have had this property for a number of years and until now it was let on a long term basis. We felt it would be a good location for holiday makers with such a beautiful view and great location.
The apartment is in the heart of the fishing port, in Santa Catalina, the old town of Port Soller. With beautiful views over the marina and out towards the mountains, coupled with the proximity to restaurants, beach and shops, makes the apartment very appealing.
I really want to keep this apartment a secret and keep it all to ourselves but unfortunately we can't. Magdalena was a dream to deal with and Maghareta met us on arrival and showed us around the apartment... It was amazing.. Everything you would need on holiday decor was beautiful and location was amazing ... Near to shop, restaurants and beach. We were on a walking holiday and found it
perfect also the proximity to the cava bar just made our holiday unforgetable so much so we have booked again for April ... Didn't want to leave but happy we will be back again soon thank you again to Magdalena 😄
Luxuriously spacious Appartment for 2 people.
Very big bedroom and bed. Bed was comfortable and because the bedroom is at the rear of the property it is quite whenever you want to go to sleep.
Lots of wardrobe space in hallway.
Obviously very recently refurbished to a very high standard throughout. The kitchen is large and is good to use as much or as little as you wish. There are a couple of local supermarkets close by which are well stocked.
Location is superb - right opposite the harbour with all the restaurants to choose from. The beach and sea for swimming are fantastic and just 2 or 3 minutes walk from your front door.
Appartment is worth every penny - and we will return one day soon I hope.
The apartment is in a very convenient location, it is clean and stylish. It is well equipped with everything you might need. We went in June when the tourist season was in full swing and unfortunately we had a problem with amplified guitar singers outside the apartment playing to the restaurant guests, they started at about 6pm and went on until 11.30pm. There was also a problem with a blocked kitchen sink but hopefully Magdalena has fixed it now.
The apartment is in a fabulous position and is so spacious .It is perfect in every way ,spotlessly clean with wifi and eveything you would need .Couldnt fault a thing .
Traveling with two small children, we found this to be a great place for us. Not only was the location wonderful, the space was ideal for our brood. The pull out beds were comfortable and yet gave our kids plenty of room to roam when we weren't all sleeping. The views over the port were gorgeous and one night we had a 2 hour impromptu serenade from a musician in the plaza across the way. It was really perfect in every way.
Enormous apartment overlooking the marina - couldn't be in a better location in Port Soller. Tastefully decorated, clean, bright - fully furnished, its got everything you'd need and more. Shops, cafes, supermarkets, all the activities on your doorstep. We were mainly surprised by how big and bright it was and the fact that it is in such good shape! Great place - would love to go back!!
Port Sóller is situated beneath the magnificent Tramuntana mountain range and boasts the only sand beach on the west coast. Additionally there are ample restaurants, cafes, bars and a large variety of shops, all within walking distance of the apartment. The bustling and very attractive town of Sóller is 3km away and can be reached by tram.
Sóller and the Port are only a forty minute drive from Palma Airport, and have good connections with railway, tram and bus services. The valley and its surrounding mountain range, the 'Serra de Tramuntana', is a favourite destination for people from all over the world, especially those who enjoy walking, nature, ecotourism, swimming or simply a peaceful rest away from the hustle and bustle of the better-known tourist traps. If you are feeling energetic you can hire bicycles, kayaks or a guide to take you hiking on the numerous trails through this region.

Port Sóller is generally a quiet fishing town out of season and a busy tourist destination in July and August. The apartment is situated in the heart of the old town and is surrounded by small restaurants with outdoor terraces and so a level of noise is to be expected. The apartment is on the first floor and is accessed by steep steps. This may not suit the infirm.
To confirm your booking, we require a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the entire rental fee. This should be made by bank transfer and the balance is due within 6 weeks of the arrival date. A refundable security deposit of 200 Euros is requested on arrival and returned to you at departure in the event that there has been no damage to the property or its contents.
